• Breakfast buffet area in atrium was beautiful.
• Front desk person said indoor pool was heated but was freezing temp, wanted to use it.

“Very attractive inside. Atrium is beautiful! The room needs a little updating but quality for price was good. Very nice hotel.”

• Actually there was nothing I liked. If I could, I would have relocated to another hotel.
• Employee, especially the business manager.

“It was the worst stay in any hotel that I have stayed in. And that's including the Motel 6 and Sleep Inn that I have stayed in. The quality of the room was poor. Bedding was terrible, no light, and the staff did not try to accommodate me with any concerns. The key would not work, twice I had to go in the heat, bring my luggage down from the 2nd floor, no elevator to get the key swiped twice. I asked to be moved from the back and a 1st floor room, business manager did nothing to even try to see if something else was available.”

• Outdoor pool, good breakfast in the morning Monday thru Friday.
• Dirty and not good room service. Staff used a lot of bad words when talking to each other.

“It has potential to be very nice; however, the staff is what made our stay bad. I realize it was under construction in some parts but, the outside pool was very dirty and the staff used very foul language around every corner. Our room was not cleaned daily, nor could we get new towels daily. I will not stay at this hotel in the future, nor will I recommend it to anyone.”

• I like the atrium. A good place to hang out.
• The plumbing is very bad and old.

“It appears to be undergoing a face lift. Plumbing needs to be updated. A lot of noise (teenagers) outside our door. The atrium is very pretty, a nice place to gather with friends. I will try this hotel again once the renovations are complete. Right now, it is just a 1 star motel.”

• Had to wait 15 or 20 min for room to be cleaned.

• The atrium and indoor pool was very nice.
• The exercise equipment was either broken or very outdated.

“Overall the hotel was great. The construction and remodeling was a little distracting but at least they are updating the hotel to make it better for future travelers.”

• Their free breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage.
• Breakfast fruit was limited. They changed the breakfast site without notice.

“The check in staff was efficient and helpful with premarital directions that were simple and accurate. The room was clean with plenty of hangers for clothes. The king-sized mattress was a bit soft especially not the most likely used side. TV was poorly color adjusted and without manual it was difficult to readjust. The commode intermittently required handle jiggling to keep the water from running. All in all, for the price and star level it was quite acceptable.”

• The indoor pool was great, close proximity to attractions.
• Stingy on towels, very uncomfortable bed.

“We enjoyed our weekend very much. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a big mardi grass ball going on somewhere in the hotel, but the noise was not too bad. We loved the atrium-side room. It allowed us to sleep late in the morning (no sun coming in the windows). The pool closed at 9p.m. Which was a good thing because it allowed the noise of the pool to stop early enough to not disturb bed time?”
