• The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
• The phone in the room would not allow local calls.

“This room was very adequate for my needs. We utilized the microwave, refrigerator and the swimming pool. The room was very spacious to more than accommodate our belongings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was extremely convenient for my destination while in Alexandria.”

• Very accommodating staff during Hurricane Gustav.
• Cleanliness was not great carpet was not vacuumed, old shampoo and soap left in bathroom.

• Cleanliness. New hotel great location. Restaurants - Fire Mountain Cajun landing next door.
• Guy checking us in had no personality.

• Good location, pretty easy access.
• Could not take part cash and part credit card.

“Hotel was nice, major frustration, on the description it noted that there was a sitting area with couch etc. Did not have anything close to this. Just had a table with two chairs to eat at. Other than that the room was satisfactory.”
