  • The pool was clean.
  • No follow through with staff.

“The hotel is older but acceptable. The rooms could use a good carpet cleaning. The stairwells are not heated, this made it very uncomfortable in February in Minnesota. Hotel staff was not friendly and pretty much ignored complaints and comments.”
