• I liked the fact that you could smoke in the room.
• It was overpriced for the quality.

“It was horrible. The room looked like it had not been cleaned. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and it was full of hair and water that looked like it had been there for days. It was a summer night and when I got there, the thermostat was set to "high heat". The fridge was not even plugged in and had a can of sprite busted all inside of it. They didn't bother to restock the toiletry items. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was also no pool like their website said there would be. I will never stay there again.”

• The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
• Parking was limited and tight.

“The hotel room was clean; however the nonsmoking room had the smell of smoke. Was in town to move my kids to college so the hotel was very convenient. The AC worked great. Parking is somewhat of a problem with very tight spaces. Hotel clerk was very helpful.”

• Very nice desk attendant on duty.
• Pillow really creped me out.

“This place needs some tlc. the Jacuzzi didn't work, not that I was going to get in it after forgetting my Lysol, it was for my overworked fiancé, there was blood on the toilet and I wasn't looking for it. No hot water. They have fridges but they aren't plugged in, so if you need in a right away your are out of luck. They kind front desk attendant was very polite and put us in another Jacuzzi room, (never again will I get a Jacuzzi room in a lower end hotel) which was the next room over. This room had a broke TV and the sink plumbing leaked on my feet, I had to put the trash can under it. Last but not least my any means. The bedding was worn out, and the second room did not even have pillowcases, just some worn down shams, there were no pillow protectors. I liked to have left then, but the nice man who just works brought some extra pillow cases which I guess helped some. The darn pillows were yellow from drool. Please be warned or bring your own pillow...”

• It had a refrigerator in the room.
• Looked like it had not been updated since it was built.

“It was ok, it is a Ruston Hotel, not much to look at, but decent to sleep in.”
