• Breakfast.
• Sink didn't drain, heat rattled all night, hockey team that was there was very loud.

“Hotel was nice, just wish it would have been a little more quiet. There was a hockey team there and they were very loud at night and early in the morning.”

• Breakfast.
• Bed, pillows, towels all minimally okay.

“Just barely okay. Cheap small bath towels that were more like for dishes maybe at one time. Uncomfortable extra firm beds, pillows chunky. Worn looking rooms. Out dated Tube TV,19" and poor reception on at least half of channels. Back hurt after long night attempt at sleep, these beds are meant for longevity, not comfort. Heating system burned us out of room at one point. Breakfast was the exception, but I was too sleepy to properly enjoy.”

• The hotel is in a very safe, convenient location.

“This hotel is located in a safe and convenient location. There are family resturants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel is modern, with clean rooms and a friendly staff. The breakfast at the hotel was very good.”

• Comfortable beds, nice facilities, wonderful breakfast, and convenient location.

“My husband and I recently stayed in Hudson, and had a wonderful time. The Fairfield Inn had the most comfortable beds. The shower was also amazing. The facility was very clean. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They also have a wonderful breakfast. We had a great time, and will be staying in another Fairfield Inn next time we travel!”

“Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Bathrooms are a little small but served its purpose. Breakfast bar was perfect for a family with 5 children. No one went away hungry.”

• Very nice staff. Excellent free breakfast including hot sandwiches.
• No papers to buy on Sunday.

“Very good choice for a great price. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The free breakfast has a wide selection of waffles, fresh toast, egg and meat sandwiches, hard boiled eggs.”

• Comfortable beds.
• 100 little league hockey team members running rampant. Should have put them all on one floor.

“Well we tried to check in 15 minutes early and the receptionist kept picking up the phone and helping individuals on the phone for about 10 minutes at a time. The women had to change our room number because our room was not available yet and first gave us a dirty room where the beds were not made and towels were all over. we went up to our room at night and our keys did not work. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and the staff was not accommodating at all nor were they helpful enough to provide appropriate customer service.”

• Great staff, great location, excellent breakfast.
• You can not open the window wide enough to enjoy an evening breeze.

• It was very clean, friendly staff, and it was convenient location!
• To tell you the truth, I stay in Fairfield Inns all the time and I never have a complaint!

• Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms.
• The turn into the hotel is next to a stop sign. Dangerous place to sit to turn.

“Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Easy access off the interstate pool and whirlpool available.”

• Staff was friendly and competent.
• The beds were very uncomfortable and I could hardly wait till my stay was up.

“I was surprised to find there was no hotel restaurant. The hot tub was luke warm and the jets almost not working. The beds were unbearable! On the upside, the staff was excellent although the ice machine quit working the 2nd night we were there. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• The included breakfast was more than continental, and delicious.
• The staff was pushy, arrogant, and unhelpful.

“The room was clean, the sheets and bed comfortable, the included breakfast had waffles, good fruit, cereals, etc. The pool was a bit cool. The only complaint I have is with the assistant manager. She is more interested in telling people what to do than making sure people enjoy their stay. Too bad. It's a nice hotel.”
