• Easy access to freeway and plenty of shopping areas.
• Phone system didn't work very well.

• There was a bed.
• I felt like I had a 2 pack a day smoking habit.

• Kitchen in room.
• It was a smoking room and it was very dirty and was not clean at all.

“Nice hotel, but we have to end up with a smoking room Very disappointed about that. Also the rooms were not very clean at all.”

• Front desk ladies on staff was fantastic. Very friendly.
• It was a great stay, but little bottles of shampoo would've been nice.

“We had a very restful, pleasant stay at this hotel. We had driven in after 14 hours on the road and our stay at the Extended Stay America in Woodbury left us rested and refreshed.”

• It is cheap.
• It is cheap and that is obvious with accommodations.

“It was a disappointment. We tried to have a simple stay vacation - thinking that would at least be a fun get-away in town. The hotel had only one extra pillows, they said they would lucky if they could find even one in the back. Even the TV had very basic channels, in general, etc., which is very cheap for any hotels. Very economy hotel and should be rated 1 star only. Does not compare to other hotels rated 2 stars.”
