• I liked the huge rooms. It made it convenient for a bigger family with smaller children.
• No pool for the kids, which was not required in this travel.

“We stayed here for the convenience of not having to drive a great distance the next day from home. I have a family of 6 (one teenager and 3 smaller children) and was delighted to find the rooms were huge. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. If your just looking for a place to stay overnight this hotel has great value.”

• Easy access to highway, easy, but they were confused check in.
• Checked us into a room that was already occupied.

“Other than confused counter help, the hotel was fine; lobby is too noisy to surrounding rooms. Should get rid of ice on sidewalks (liability).”

• Obeyed my "do not disturb" request.
• Needed more vending/ice machines.

“What you would expect. Pretty basic accommodations. Wireless internet coverage kind of weak and spotty. Cable TV had a lot of fuzzy channels. I stayed for 3 days. Adding an extra day at the same price was no big deal, just called the front desk. Clean rooms, bathrooms, and they didn't bother me every five minutes about check out time. For some reason they never refunded my safe fee of $1/night that I had agreed to store my laptop and mp3 player in while I was gone. Not cheap but a pretty good value.”

• It was easy to book and pay and good location.
• The first clerk was somewhat rude on sign-in.
