• Close to everything.
• Hard access to upper floors unless room was by the elevator.

• The breakfast.
• Dirty carpet.

“Location was good for me to get around town, but the carpets were dirty. When going barefoot in my room, my feet were black on the bottom.”

• Was clean, staff were friendly, felt safe in the surroundings. Would use again.
• Told staff couldn't remove hair color from shower, and possible charges 75.00. I bought cleaner and cleaned myself.

“Nice little brunch, baths had shampoo conditioner, and shower cap. Clean pool, safe looking surroundings. May use real soon.”

• Nothing.
• Wake-up call never happened.

“I do not recommend this hotel. The room appearance was clean but hairs on the pillows. Wake-up call never came, sink plugged, furniture not stable. TV remote held together by a band aid. Room key had a trick to opening the door.”

• The check in clerk was nice and helpful.
• The carpet was filthy my daughters feet were black from walking barefoot.

• Its locations is convenient for getting on the freeway and for shopping.
• Some personal belongings were stolen from my room after my first day and management was rude and screamed at me.

“The front staff were not cordial and unprofessional. The manager refused to investigate what happened with some personal belongings that were taken from my room after the first night at the hotel. Due to the grotesque customer service by the facility staff, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Left within hours of arrival.
• Room was dirty, bath was molded and nasty.

“Of all the hotels I have stayed in this was the most ghetto orientated. Room was small and cramped double bed. Could not sleep because of noise ratio from neighbors, and small fridge that kept going off and on.”

• It was clean.
• People that had non-smoking rooms went just outside their room to smoke.

“It was Ok. It had some questionable people there-no one bothered us, but would not let my teenager go swimming without adult supervision.”

• It was near the mall
• The staff was rude and could not get service from anyone.

“The staff was rude. We asked for an extra pillow and was told housekeeping left and had the key so we could not get anything. We had someone try to break the door down in the next room. The office would not answer the phone. The man tried for several hours. The cops came, he left, then 1/2 hour later came back and still no help from the front desk. We were staying there for a week and I had to track down house keeping myself to get an extra pillow. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.”
