• Room spotless, staff courteous.
• Needs upgrade, it's showing some wear.

“This is an outstanding value. The room was spotless, the staff courteous. The one thing I noted was it's an older hotel, and is in need of paint/paper and overall updating.”

• Room falling apart.

“This room was filthy, it had mold on the bathtub. When my husband took a shower the floor tile stuck to his foot and followed him in the tub. We spent 3 days in a hotel with a crumbled tile floor. The room made you feel dirty. There were no other options in town for us, but i suggest staying somewhere else if you can.”

• The front desk staff was great and a nice neighborhood.
• Very small rooms, daughter had to sleep on floor and dirty tub.

“Our family of 5 stayed at this property for one night. Did not like this property at all, the room was cold and humid, the bathtub had 12 inches of standing soap scummy water that I had to drain and clean before I could take a shower. Totally disgusting! I felt dirty even after my shower. However the front desk staff were very kind and offered to compensate for my room.”

• Proximity to Perkins.
• Water jet holes in bathtub---dirty.

“I would not recommend this to anyone because of the noise and the grunge in the whirlpool part of the tub.”

• Located somewhat near points of interest.
• Room smelled very musty and the amenities were poor.

“I should have spent the extra few dollars and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. My room was musty and smelled horrible. According to others staying there, so did every other room on the first floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with children.”

• Close to the workshop I attended.
• Asked for more coffee filters, They gave me 1.

“Arrived late afternoon, wanting to sleep. Motorcycle club rolled in 1 hour later. Lost sleep due to partying. Left 1 extra coffee but NO cups. No extras at all BUT free Wi-Fi and that was a PLUS.”

“The hotel's location was ideal and easy to find. Front-desk staff helpful and friendly.”

• Smoking rooms, dusty, lack of towels.

“I requested a double bed room with non smoking as I have 2 children and a husband. I received 1 bed, smoking. I have to go buy another bed and borrow one from a family member.”

• Economical!
• Didn't leave the room until 12:30 the first day, so didn't get housekeeping as housekeepers left at noon.

“For the price and convenient location, I felt this was an excellent value.”
