• Clean room.
• Needs a lot of building repairs.

“We had trouble getting the door to close, had to slam it then use dead bolt to keep it closed. Looked like the wood in the door frame is rotten. There was a large brown stain in the ceiling when it has rained in. This building needs a great deal of work. When we checked into our room, we had to return to the office to ask for towels, wash cloths, and coffee. We never got the wash cloths. I can say the room was clean, but that is the only good thing about it.”

• The location was ok to get to different area attractions.
• The hotel was overall nasty!

“I will not stay here again. The room was nasty, the walls were thin and the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, even in the shallow end. The playground was a broken swing and a monkey bar. I expected much better for the price. The police were even called while we were there. I don't know what it was about but it made me very uncomfortable. And, they would not honor my coupon for 20% off that came from the Hot Springs visitor's magazine.”

“Not a safe place to stay for ladies traveling alone. Very dirty, door would not close well, very few towels. Needless to say, we did not stay there. We went to another hotel. Do not stay there.”
