• Location.
• The room was dark, dreary and noisy. The plug on the coffee pot did not fit the outlets in the room.

“I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk was locked every time I tried to check on something or ask a question. There were a group of kids hanging around outside our room until very late and there was no one in the office that I could call.”

• It was a pretty comfortable place to sleep.
• It was a little too old of a motel for me.

• Close to destination location for touring Bathrow.
• It was VERY sleezy, low class, and run down; light bulbs broken off in socket.

“The bathroom window was not lockable and was clear glass, so that outsiders could see in. Room was dark. Light bulbs were broken off in socket. Curtains didn't cover entire window.”

• Last minute reservation, convenient.
• Noise, few guests in adjoining rooms, thin door, loud talking after 1:00 a.m., mildew bathroom tiles.

“Even though most of hotel was vacant, we were put close to the busier street and the only rooms occupied were right next to each other with an adjoining suite door. People in the next room kept talking loudly late at night. Then we had to pay for the two nights after already paying in advance online! After arriving home and checking my bank account, seeing both charges for the room, I called the hotel and spoke with a different lady who saw the double charge and said she would send a check to refund the payment at the hotel since she was not able to credit my account without the card to swipe.”

• It is close to downtown.
• The staff was not friendly.

“We found what we hoped was dog poo outside the back door of the hotel room; it was there all through both days of our stay. There was what looked like dried vomit on the floor in my little sisters room. The staff was not very friendly. The beds were super uncomfortable. The toilets were loud beyond belief. This hotel did not meet my expectations of a Travelodge.”

• Nice location to downtown.
• Wasn't very clean.

“The bed was terrible, the maids did not clean the room very well, and parking was taken up by restaurant customers and staff. I would not recommend this place for any one staying for an extended time.”

• It was hard to get into the room because the key didn't work very well.

• Nothing worked. The toilet wouldn't flush; the TV remote was missing, and no towels in the bathroom. The electricity went out.
