• Staff was flexible when my dad wanted to pay for our room as a gift.

“Both rooms were very clean. No bugs, carpet stains, odors or any of the problems you sometimes see in high volume motels. Breakfast was hot and delicious. All staff was efficient, friendly and professional. Maid service was timely and they looked after us very well. Landscaping and pool were both well taken care of. Although it is an older motel, I haven't had a better stay anywhere in Hot Springs, and I've been going there for over 15 years.”

• The desk assistant from Munich, Germany. She was very helpful and invited us back and told us of the upcoming remodel.
• The bed was so hard that we checked out after one night and went home. Poison ivy growing in the flower beds where we parked near the room.

“The hotel was clean and roomy and I'll stay with them again after the remodel. The beds were just too hard and we really didn't sleep at all. Breakfast was lovely. I will try them again.”
