• No elevator.

“Located on the north edge of town it is suited for most travelers. Is centrally located for dining and shopping. We stayed in a suite, #217 stairs only no elevator. The phone did not work, the wireless internet did not work and the heater is too small for the room size. The night manager could not fix the phone, it was never fixed. There was no maintenance after hours, and when they did check it said there was nothing they could do they offered another room if we wanted to repack and move. I was provided a DSL modem for the internet issue. The housekeeping changed our bed and replaced the towels, but left our room door open.”

• Heated pool not hot, interior door lock not functioning.

“Of the two rooms reserved, only one had a working interior exit door (door card reader not working), the pillows were like miniature marshmallows, staff did not seem to be concerned about use needing to go between rooms through an inside passage way. Don't think I will use them again. We canceled one room and all stayed in the other.”
