• Price.
• Dirty, disgusting room. Pubes everywhere. Nasty stains on walls and countertops.

“Hotel is inexpensive but is also dirty and disgusting. There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom and stains on walls, countertops and furniture. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful but housekeepers were rude and don't look like they know how to clean a room.”

• Having the mini-kitchen was a real plus.
• No pool.

“It was very nice for a short or a business stay but I wouldn't stay there for a really relaxing, leisurely vacation because there was no pool for the kids and no daily maid service. It was great for a place to sleep and I loved having the whole mini-kitchen set-up. I was very pleased.”

“Motel was nice and clean. Our first rooms refrigerator didn't work so they gave us another room right away. If this motel had a pool and breakfast in the morning, I would never stay anywhere else.”

• There was nothing I liked about it.

“I was boring. I had no pool. Didnt have a cleaning service everyday. Charged for use of van to go place.”

• Did not call back when reporting something wrong with the thermostat and the stove didn't work.

• The full kitchen facility. Ample towels, easy to understand TV. lights, etc.
• Some food on the cupboard door, smudges on the bathroom door, no shampoo/conditioner or dish soap in room.

• Having a stove and fridge.
• No pool or good vending machine.

“The rooms are clean the hotel is in a good location to access the highway and the staff is friendly. Having the stove and fridge is a big help. To bad there is no pool and the vending machine has little to offer other than chips.”

• Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good food nearby. Easy access from freeway.
• Front doors not in ADA compliance. Hotel street is one of 2 in area. Difficult to Map quest.

“Clean and quite. Nice 24 hour pantry available to guests. Has yogurt, frozen foods for sale and free personal toiletries. Coffee was good.”

• Close to the interstate.
• The bed was very uncomfortable and the hotel needs a face lift.

“I think that this hotel is in dire need of a face lift. Everything in it looks unappealing and cold. It would be nice if they had some other amenities on site for the children and a continental breakfast.”

• Excellent treatment upon arrival. Allowed parking for a week while out of town.
• Some difficulty lining up a return shuttle from airport.

“Comfortable stay for the few hours I stayed. Close too many restaurants, shops, and highways. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Somewhat close to a busy highway, my window faced an intersection so it was a little difficult to completely block out the lights from the passing traffic and I stayed on the 3rd floor. All in all a great experience.”

• Separate sink area from bathing; kitchenette.
• Pull out couch not too comfortable for sleeping.

“Good customer service. We had the deluxe room with king size bed and pull out couch. Nice kitchenette area. A little small if you plan on staying in the room much.”
