• the room was very comfortable. Liked the furniture arrangement.
• Aircraft noise.

“Depending on what runway the aircraft are taking off from, it can get very noisy! Otherwise we liked the hotel.”

• Very clean, comfortable room.
• There was not a free breakfast.

“This was a very nice, comfortable place to stay. The only negative thing for me was when I checked in, the desk person gave me the wrong directions for where my room was. Attempting to carry all of my things up to my room in one trip only to find my room was not on that side of the building. Taking it all back down to the car, making another trip to the front desk, then driving to the correct side of the building. The next time I will check a map/layout of the motel, kind of like checking the bag before you leave the drive-up window at a fast-food place.”

“The hotel location is not at best. It's on an industrial area so there's not a nice view when you get out; however, it's a safe area.”

• Good location, clean, quiet place to stay.
• The cleaning people should have vacuumed more often.

“The hotel was conveniently located to the airport, the staff was pleasant, the bedding was made/replaced everyday and the bathrooms were cleaned everyday and the hotel was quiet without a lot of disruptions.”

• Decor, and the beds/pillows were comfortable.
• Housekeeping walked into our room at 7:00 am, room was very tight with pullout.

• Staff was nice and the room was very comfortable.
• Nothing. I liked my experience.

“This was a great, convenient hotel (within 20 minutes of most any place) to stay at. The rooms were just right sized, the linen was clean, the room was tidy and the staff made up the room really nice for the second night.”

• Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable room. An excellent experience.
• Pool was a little small. It got crowded when 10+ people came.

“I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at this hotel. I stayed 2 nights and asked for clean towels for the second day. The housekeepers came and cleaned the entire room thoroughly even though I didn't ask them to. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The comfort of the beds were the best I had ever stayed in.
• Disappointed, the fitness room was so small.

“The size and comfort of the beds were the best. Even though next to airport, I would have not noticed in the room as very quite. I will stay here each time I travel to MN.”

• Clean, friendly staff, loved how comfortable the beds were.
• Aside from the hotel restaurant, the next closest place to eat is a good 10 minutes drive away.

“I would definitely stay again. I have stayed in Bloomington twice and Eagan twice in previous visits to Minnesota. This hotel was definitely one of the best stays, an easy 10 minutes drive to the mall of America, and very easy directions to follow to get anywhere else. Very quiet hotel, far enough away from the freeway, only compliant was that it was not close to any restaurants.”

• It was not busy and it was clean, location was good.
• Staff was rude.

“We tried getting 2 beds and they would not switch our room. They lied and said there was non available. Our daughter ending up sleeping on a hide a bed. The hotel was clean, but manager was rude. I tried several times getting 2 double beds instead of a king. And there were rooms available. My husband called and checked.”

• It was a very nice hotel and the staff was super helpful!
• It was somewhat difficult to find nearby restaurants but the hotel staff was very helpful in providing accurate directions.

“The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was in a convenient location though nearby restaurants were a little difficult to find. This was made positive by the fact that the hotel staff was very informative and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and calming. Very nice hotel rooms. Better upkeep than some 3-Star hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends!”
