• The shuttle driver is the best!
• Overcharged!

“We stayed at this hotel in December 2007 for a Viking playoff game. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The rooms were clean and nice but noisy. There was not enough staff in the dining area and dead bugs in the pool. The shuttle driver was the only redeeming quality that this location had in my opinion. Maybe if he was the manager there would be better customer service.”

• No breakfast was included with hotel stay.

• Convenient location.
• Very noisy, directly in the flight path for landings and take off's.

“It is a good value with relatively clean rooms and comfortable beds. The noise from the airport make it really difficult for those who are light sleepers.”

• It was close to Mall of America and IKEA and liked the surprise gift.
• I wish it had a refrigerator.

• Room, bed & pool.
• Breakfast, some customer service was bad, some great.

“Great place, nice room, nice bed, nice pool and hot tub. But some people need an attitude adjustment. Breakfast buffet was too expensive, not worth the price. Never kept it full and some employees were lazy. But one lady from the front desk was really great. Would consider staying again but will eat somewhere else.”

• This motel had very nice large rooms.
• Our restaurant experience was less than adequate.

“The room was large and neat but the towels had a red substance on them. The bartender had a bad attitude or a bad day going on and was quite rude. Our meal was not that good, the steak was very tough and although cooked to our liking lacked what you would expect of a new York strip. The fish was done wonderful.”

• The staff went out of their way to help us get our window fixed.
• Our window was broken in their parking lot.

“The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was good. The parking lot does not have controlled access and therefore is susceptible to crime.”

• Close to the Mall of America. (5 minute drive)
• No breakfast menu on weekends and the buffet at $11 was not free for internet guests but it was for other guests.

“The hotel was clean and close to the Mall of America. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated but does show it's wear in a few areas like the pool and room bathrooms. The restaurant was comfortable but a little retro with the red velvet everywhere. My only complaint would be that on weekends there is only a breakfast buffet available. Although it was VERY good, it was not complimentary for us since we booked our rooms at $11 it was expensive.”

• Attractive decor and surrounding landscaping made it pleasant. Clean, comfortable and convenient.
• Pillows were too firm & thick. This was remedied by a request for softer pillow on second night.

“A quiet location convenient to Mall of America but away from massive parking lots and activity. The landscaping and decor of the hotel are both very pleasing. The amenities are as expected. While there are no nearby restaurants outside of the hotel, the hotel cafe served delicious food. Some lighter menu options would have been appreciated but what we enjoyed what we ordered. The dining decor is upscale but not pretentious and complemented by nice views to the outdoors. The servers were very friendly. My husband enjoyed using the pool, whirlpool and sauna, too.”

• Great beds and pillows for a good night's sleep.
• Buffet in restaurant is expensive for offerings.

“Crowne Plaza is our hotel of choice while traveling. Its convenient location, comfortable guest rooms, and other amenities, including free internet, make it an ideal place for the business or leisure traveler.”

• Was not crowded. In other words never felt like I was going to be run over or bumped into.
• Nothing to complain about.

• Pool was nice, I appreciated the Internet access, shuttle was appreciated too.
• We ate in the restaurant for breakfast. The waiter was not the best. Forgot to bring water and didn't get the order right.

“We enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. We felt comfortable and everything. We needed was there. We would recommend it to others and will stay again when we go to Minn.”

• The staff was very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
• The swimming pool water was a little too chilly.

• Complimentary hot breakfast and front desk very eager to help make dinner reservations for us and drew us a map.
• We were told the shuttle would pick us up at 4:10. We had to call at 4:40. They did not arrive until 5. It was cold.
