• Spacious room, good location, and a micro-fridge in room.
• Bathroom area very small.

“For an economy hotel, I thought comfort and facilities were more than adequate. Staff was friendly, and the room was clean.”

• The Staff was helpful and friendly.
• They tried to put us in a handicapped room, door wouldn't open so we got a different room.

“Breakfast wasn't served until 7 A.M., nothing out before that. After we couldn't get the door opened and we got a different room that door didn't lock.”

• Convenient location and complementary breakfast.
• The beds are small and the pillows are too fat.

“Convenient location to Rosedale shopping center and many restaurants. Easy to get on/off highway 35W. Easy trip to metrodome and university. Breakfast area is rather small, but I always appreciate complementary breakfast.”

• The room was spacious and nice.
• The elevator was so close to the check-in. People traffic.

• Appreciated the breakfast included/available in the morning.
• The tub had not been cleaned well; a used face towel was still hanging over the shower rod.

“It was sufficient for our needs. Appreciated the coffee maker in the room and the additional shampoo (nice when you forget your own). The area was quiet and yet closes enough to major interstates.”

• Dirty outside parking lot - near freeway - junk in hallways.

• Hotel is easy to get to close to shopping and northwestern college.
• The room was cold when we got there and it took awhile for the room to warm up.

“The bed was good and the shower was hot with good pressure. That's what I want from a room when I just need a place to sleep.”

• Not one thing.
• It was dirty, smoky and unfriendly.

“This hotel was rundown, smoky and dirty. The staff was not helpful. Furthermore, there were signs boasting that the entire establishment was "Smoke Free" only to be placed in a smoking room with ash trays everywhere. We were disappointed.”

• the rooms were large enough for me to put my son's playpen in and still have room to get around
• the non-smoking room had a hint of smoke smell possibly from another room or floor below
