• Nice continental breakfast. Clean, quiet room.
• The road was under construction- not the fault of the hotel.

• Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is very complete and has many choices.
• Need to request a room opposite of the Interstate Hwy nearby. We have stayed here before and knew to ask for a room opposite the Interstate.

“Staff called the room and asked if everything was satisfactory and did we need anything else. This hotel is very convenient to downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul. We stayed there to attend a sporting event at the Metrodome, and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the dome. The WIFI is outstanding. Good eating places within a couple of miles of the hotel. Would stay here again, anytime.”

• Extremely overpriced! Too close to interstate traffic noise!

• Staff was very helpful when problems arose.
• We had several problems.

“Beds were excellent. Great pillows. Clean Rooms. Excellent Staff. The first night our toilet overflowed made a huge mess but we called the front desk and the guy came right up and fixed and cleaned it up with a smile quickly. You don't see that very often. Then the only day we were there for breakfast the milk was sour but they cheerfully fixed that too. ”

“The front office staff wasn't very knowledgable about location of restaurants etc. Also not very knowledgable on the phone system. The hotel was clean and quiet but staff could have been better.”

• Clean rooms, good service, good continental breakfast.
• Just set up the continental breakfast at 6am on weekends too. Make sure trash cans are emptied often in the breakfast area.
