• The front desk staff was friendly, thoughtful and caring.
• The staff serving the continental breakfast was very rude.

• Close to mall and many restaurants - most of which deliver to the hotel.
• Loud cars in parking lot early in the morning.

“Convenient location marred only by the fact that many ramps back onto the highway were closed due to construction. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and a selection of firmness in pillows. Only negative were the classic muscle cars parked in the hotel lot that were fired up early on a Saturday morning.”

“We selected this room for the Jacuzzi for our 25th anniversary. It was in the bathroom so very unromantic and small. The bed was very worn. Just felt mislead.”

• It was in a quiet location, it was comfortable, my girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay.
• In the picture of the room when I booked it on the site it showed the Jacuzzi in the room but it was in the bathroom, thats about it, it was enjoyable.

• Great Location, right off the highway. Located right next to a bread bakery. The smell was heavenly.
• Staff goofed up my room key number.

“A nice clean hotel at a good price in a good location. The breakfast was simple and good. It was everything I expected. I needed a place to sleep. I didn't need frills - and that's what this hotel provided.”

“The staff greeted you when you arrived each time and greeting each time as you left. Breakfast was warm and friendly and the person in charge always had everything full at all times. The front desk was very helpful in finding all your needs.”

• Convenience, location, staff was friendly.
• Parking lot could have been cleared better of snow and slush.

“Overall this hotel worked out good for us. The staff was very friendly, the location was fantastic, the room was clean and decent. Would go to again. I'm not sure about the pool; next time we'd have kids with us, but we never checked out the pool area.”
