• It had a fridge and microwave.
• I didn't sleep well on the first night because of the neighbors, too noisy.

“The room was nice and comfortable. It had a fitness room that was very good for me.”

• The front desk guy was very helpful to surrounding area. Told me where to go to watch the super bowl.
• The curtains are a beige color so the lights from the auto part store come through at night.

“I had a good experience. Stayed there over super bowl weekend and the clerk told me about Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. Extremely friendly people. Kind of shady neighborhood but the parking was well lit at night so safety wasn't much of a concern. The room was nice and the Wi-Fi was easy to use. Overall, a good experience considering it was my first time to Lake Charles, LA.”

• The staff was friendly and the over all stay was good.
• They did not have my correct information from my credit card.

“The over all experience of the hotel was good; they did not have my personal information and credit card information correct so at first they didnt want to give me my reservation. The name was correct just not the rest of the information.”

• Room was very large and clean, close to area attractions, on the "good side" of town, and close to lots of food options and shopping.
• The parking lot was a bit small and the continental breakfast was a bit sparse is my only complaints.

“This was one of the best places I have stayed in lake Charles. It is located on the "good side" of town (most of the other "higher stars" are not), close to area attractions, and conveniently located to lots of food venues and places to shop. The staff was super nice too!”
