• The hotel accommodated our request for adjoining rooms , and nice business office with use of computer.
• No continental breakfast.

“Very nice and clean hotel. Nice, albeit small, swimming pool with hot tub.”

• Staff was wonderful.

“Package was advertised as the room and Titanic tickets. The room and general admission tickets were given to us, admission to the Titanic exhibit was not. Went to the nice bar in lobby, asked for a bloody Mary and was told the bartender did not know how to make one, my husband told her and we were charged $9 a glass (very expensive). Took our glasses out to the patio to enjoy the day and a rat ran by our table heading to what my husband said was the hotel's air conditioning system. So needless to say, the trip was quite interesting, whirlpool was out of order and it was somewhat noisy, could hear stomping. Staff was wonderful.”

• The bed was awesome, the best sleep I have had in a long time.

“It really is a nice place to be. If anything there was not a dining area other than complimentary breakfast. However, there are plenty of places to dine very close by. I would stay there over and over again.”

• The staff was really friendly!
• We weren't clear on the breakfast served in the lobby. It was not included in the price of the room and we did not know that until after we ate.

• Check in staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
• Housekeeping entered room without knocking or announcement while we were still there.

“Our one night stay went perfectly - check in was a breeze, the room was clean and very well maintained. The bed was also quite comfortable. Remote printing to the printer in the business center was a bonus, which allowed me to catch up on some paperwork.”

• Clean, friendly and very easy to locate. Ideal for families.
• Thin walls, high noise level from other rooms.

“Clean, friendly, easy access and good for kids. Walls seem a little thin, could hear the neighboring room shower and open and close door & talk with deep voice. Same with the rooms above.”

• Right off the highway, easy to find, very clean and new.

• Minis fridge/microwave in the room.
• Thin walls- could hear noise from above and next door.

“Attractive lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds and accommodating staff. Did not use the pool area, but seemed somewhat small. Did not use the restaurant. Mini fridge and microwave in room were a nice addition and we used them quite a bit. Overall a good location- only 5-10 minutes from the Mall of America and many stores, restaurants and even a theater very close by. Dairy Queen next to the parking lot. Convenient!”

“The room was comfortable with a very nice chair at the desk in the room. The refrigerator. Worked well. The only thing bad about the room was the placement of the toilet tissue holder, it is under the sink and rather clumsy to use. A small continental breakfast would have been nice; the only breakfast options in the hotel, was either room service or a breakfast buffet for $8.95.”

• Pool, amenities, the shower curtain.
• The carpet in our room wasn't clean - our baby who crawls ended up with filthy dirty knees and feet.

“Other than the dirty carpet in our room, everything was fabulous. Would definitely stay there again.”
