• Convenient, comfortable bed.
• Buffet would cost extra, have to walk to nearby restaurant, none onsite.

• I loved the courtyard and lobby.
• The Jacuzzi was not working - very upsetting after travel.

“The people and accommodations were very good. However, it was very disappointing that the Jacuzzi was not working.”

• Fire alarm (middle of the night ) with no guidance from hotel staff.

• Front office manager extremely rood.

“Hotel (not including staff) was great; however, if you come in wearing shorts and t shirt, you'll get treated poorly. Make sure you wear a suit and tie when walking in.”

• The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
• The beds were harder than I like.

“This hotel was very convenient to the area of Springfield that I wanted to be in. The hotel was clean, however the beds were very hard. Also do not drink the bottled water that they put in your room! The first thing you see on the bottle is a note that says Please Enjoy in large print. However on further review of the fine print you will see that if you open the bottle they will gladly add $3.50 to your room. How nice!”

• Too expensive.

“At check in the Front Desk clerks were not overly friendly. They were not very informative, had to discover there was an elevator by accident, never told us there was a cafe at which we could eat. These are all things that should of been mentioned at check in.”

• The staff was very helpful. The view from the window was nice.
• The pool was dirty, there was a film of baby oil and green stuff on the bottom.

“I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very nice and conformable. The hotel staff was among the most helpful that I have come across. My only disappointment was it appeared a guest poured baby oil in the pool. And the pool was not usable at the time of my visit. They appear in the process of trying to clean it. This was very disappointing for the kids.”

• Lots of fluffy, clean pillows. Beds were comfy. Air Conditioning/Large Bathroom.
• PPV movie was a little pricey.

“The beds were soft and fluffy with lots of fresh linens and pillows. The pool was refreshing, a cafe was nearby and the room was very quiet. Everything was perfect.”

• Staff was extremely efficient and professional while being helpful and friendly. Rooms were beautiful and clean.
• I can't think of anything.

“This hotel, as well as most Marriott hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in, was extremely clean and very professionally run. The staff is extremely cordial and downright friendly. Most went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank You for the memories!”

• Comfortable bed, indoor pool, friendly staff.
• Everything was great.

“The Marriott Courtyard in Springfield Missouri near the airport exceeded my expectations. Our room was roomy and comfortable, the staff was welcoming (they even had cookies at check in), and the heated pool, hot tub and exercise room were well appointed and open until 11 pm. The TV had plenty of channels and an excellent selection of in room movies.”

• We asked for a king sized bed and got one. We enjoyed the hot tub very much.
• I went to the vending machine to get a water, it was out so I went to the second floor it was also out, so I went to the third floor and got one.

• Great. They also gave us a 20% voucher for dinner at the Café.
• Nothing.

“It was well located for us, but maybe not for others. It was clean and roomy and we liked the comfy chair and ottomon. The food at the Cafe was good and priced well. Thanks.”

• Clean room, close to airport.
• They insisted that I wait until morning to move my car to the long term lot and the windows were iced up.

“Hotel was great, but I will insist that they let me put my car in the airport parking area the night before when I stay there again. Rushing around at 5:30 am trying to move car was weird.”

• The room was extremely clean and smelled wonderful.
• Actually, I liked everything.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. This included the front desk and one of the maids who helped me find the laundry. The room was very clean. Extra towels were in the room or maybe that is standard. The beds were made up with style. The cable selections were excellent. Nice and quiet.”

• Very nice. Beautiful decor. Well kept.

“The hotel was very nice. Some of the staff were very helpful and some were not. The hide a bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. They brought us clean sheets but did not offer to change them. Also, there were only two towels and when I asked for more, they told me that I would have to go get them. Overall, I was still satisfied.”
