• It is remodeling to bring a modern approach and to keep up with competitors.
• Some of the features still looked like a regular old Holiday Inn. Could make it more appealing by ditching the typical hotel fixtures.

“Comfortable, friendly, down to earth staff, and great room, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Thank you.”

• Very convenient location.
• One of the Air Conditioner Chillers went out and common areas were uncomfortable.

• Big screen TV and king size bed.
• Shuttle accommodations to Mall of America. 1 shuttle was used when at least 2 shuttles were needed.

• Convenience to locations I was visiting.
• Air conditioning out on first and second floors fans going.

• Location was convenient to Mall of America and most shopping.
• Parked was confusing to access.

“Hotel was upgraded and is clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Service was good. Gym is fairly well equipped, but with older Nautilus equipment. Sufficient cardio equipment and dumbbells to get a workout in. No barbells, mats, steps, bosu, fitness balls, etc.”

• The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the view was ok.
• Didn't like the unfinished ceiling, the rooms are much to far from the parking area.
