• The location was easy to find, the lobby was clean and friendly.
• We found little black bugs on the comforter as we were packing up to leave; when checked in the front desk person was kind of rude as well.

“When I called to see if I could get early check in the person on the phone was very rude. She was also rude when I checked into the hotel. The swimming pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable and there were well over the maximum people in the pool at one time.”

• Complimentary breakfast.
• Has hard water.

“The location of the hotel is relatively close to several shopping centers in the greater Minneapolis area (including the Mall of America). Excursions from the hotel to said shopping centers never took more than 20-25 min via the freeways. The suites may not be overly luxurious/fancy, however considering the fact that you are not spending the majority of your day in your hotel suite, they do a more than adequate job of providing for your needs for when you are there (namely, being a place to sleep and a place to keep/organize your things).”

• Staff friendly.
• Pool cold, no bathtub, breakfast not adequately stocked, limited room in breakfast area, beds uncomfortable.

“Overall poor experience. would not stay again. Pool was small and cold. Towels out of stock in pool area. Beds uncomfortable. no bathtub. Breakfast dining area did not have enough room. Breakfast items not adequately stocked.”

• We had a great night sleep, and very quiet hotel.
• It was a little hard to find, but it was late at night.

“The Days Inn in Eagan, MN was comfortable, clean, and had a continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom a little small but not bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The breakfast was OK.
• The Rooms too small, and the bathroom-way too small.

“The rooms are so small, and the bathrooms reminded me of when we took a cruise. (Hardly enough room to move around.) We order two queen beds. But what we got was like two full size beds. We had to have one of our family members sleep on the floor. If I am in the area again. I would not stay here.”

• The pool, whirlpool and rooms were great.
• We had to pay for a second room because we have 4 children.

“This was a fabulous hotel. It was clean, in great condition and the shower was fabulous. The pool was a little cool for being heated, but was also very clean. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. The only bad thing was having to pay for a second room. We had a room with two queen beds and our two older sons planned to use sleeping bags on the floor. They have a fire law that says only five to a room and because we had 6 (two adults and four children) we had to pay for another room. This is not a good surprise when you are traveling for a week and have your funds allocated very carefully.”

• The location and cleanliness was great!
• Hotel staff was not that friendly. No one welcomed us and asked if we needed anything.

“In regards to location and cleanliness the hotel was super! The one issue that we found was the lack of hospitality.”

• The hotel was very clean.
• The breakfast room was too small and crowded.

“I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It was very clean, had a great location to the Mall of America, had a good breakfast, and the bath water was soft. The room was a little small, so those who have a lot of kids will be cramped, but it was perfect for a group of adults. The pool is small so it gets crowded quickly, but it's open until midnight so you have a chance to swim without kids. I will definitely stay there again the next time I want to visit the Twin Cities.”

• Very close to moa and the zoo which is what we wanted.
• Everything was very good except keeping the kids out of the pool after 10pm.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.”

• We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
• Nothing.

“We enjoyed the hotel great service the room was fairly large we like the fact of the laundry service available located near moa and ihop and tgif's. We traveled from Canada and it is a beautiful city the staff there is great and the breakfast is ok. We also liked the hotel because we were on the main floor with a patio view so we can see our vehicle. We again are traveling from thunder bay for the blue jay game in June we will definitely be staying at your hotel again.”

• Breakfast was real good and the pool area was good too.
• The shower was not clean, and the rooms were small.

“The hotel was pretty good, except for the shower, which needed a clean. The pool area was real nice and clean, the rooms were a little small, from what the pictures showed online, the breakfast area was good, and the staff was friendly. Over all it was a good hotel, for price, I would stay there again. It was in a good area.”

• Good at giving directions when I was lost.
• Wish it was a little closer to airport.

“Everything was fine. Staff was great and friendly. Just wish it was a bit closer to hotel and that they would not charge you to park your car there and shuttle to the airport.”

• The staff was extremely helpful. We loved the hot tub and the sauna too.
• We did not have our ¿Do Not Disturb¿ sign on our door and the maids kept repeatedly knocking on the door to see if we had left. Checked w/front desk.

“We were greeted immediately upon entering the front door. The room was fairly large. It was beautiful outside and the window was open. The view was of trees and a lake - very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna.”

• Only a shower in bathroom and I have a two year old.

• It was centrally located to the MOA and the Zoo.
• The room let in quite a bit of light in the night.

“This hotel was an excellent value for our needs: a comfortable place to stay, central to our activities (Zoo and MOA) and with kids who required a pool. The staff was very helpful with any directions we needed help with and with the extra pillows we asked for. Great price!”

• Close to moa.
• The pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned and fixed up. There was black mold all over the place.

“The pillows were crappy, the pool/hot tub needed help, rooms were small. There wasn't a military discount.”
