• Location.
• Staff is thieves, hotel run down, elevator burning hydraulic fluid.

“The staff is liars and thieves. In general the hotel is run down. The elevators are burning hydraulic fluid and run glacially slow. The housekeeping staff steals your stuff-don't let them in the room when you are not there. The lobby and corridors haven't been remodeled in about 10 years and it shows. The only positive point on this hotel is its location. I've stayed here a few times, but after having stuff in my room ripped off the last time-I will be staying at the holiday inn. It costs about 20 bucks more a night, but at least you get a good night sleep and a nice breakfast.”

• Convenient location, shuttle to University of Minnesota hospitals.
• Breakfast had no gluten free.

“This is a good hotel for people who need to visit the University of Minnesota for any reason. They have a shuttle, so medical patients can be served. Warning, anyone who needs a procedure may be required to have someone with him/or her!”

• Breakfast room too small.

“The hotel (university day¿s inn) is nicely located relative to my parent Minneapolis office--I have a remote office in north Dakota. It is relatively easy to get to and modestly priced. It shows the wear and tear of a busy hotel that caters to families of university students, and business travelers. It needs a larger breakfast room and some fleshing in the lobby.”

“It smelled horribly, the staff was unkind, the room was dirty, beds were not comfortable, not the location I had requested. Overall bad experience.”

• There were absolutely no problems with checking in and out. I spent less than one minute total at the counter.
• Was told I would get a room with one queen size bed, ended up with two full. No problem.

“I didn't spend too much time at the Days Inn, but the time spent there was carefree and enjoyable. The selection of channels on cable TV was excellent. Nice shower. Clean room and beds. No complaints at all.”

• Shuttle service was excellent
• had a single queen bed for two, could not upgrade us to 2 doubles or one king

“rooms are small but clean. comfortable lounge chair was nice. shuttle service was excellent as they went out of their way to accomidate our needs for the shuttle. location within a couple miles of downtown and we enjoyed the close proximity of the campus of U. of Minnisota. Very lacking quality of continental breakfast.”
