“We have stayed at embassy suites in the past. The elevator and temperature issues made the stay less than nice. For the cost of our stay, we should not have had those problems.”

“Hotel was clean, bathroom very small. Hotel staff were excellent and responded immediately when we have a door lock problem on an interior door. Great breakfast.”

“We would definitely stay in this hotel again. The lobby and the room we stayed in were beautiful and comfortable. The hotel had a great complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“When we arrived to check in at 4:30, stood in line for 15 minutes. Not enough staff on hand. There was a wedding reception going on there and guests of the wedding took all the spaces for hotel guests to park. Had to walk a long way.”

“When we got to our hotel, our room could have been cleaner. The air-conditioner unit wasn't working properly and we called down and no one responded. We had to make another call to finally get someone to look at it. When maintenance did, he quickly made some adjustments and we were told in one hour it would be working properly. I had asked the front desk to book us another room just in case it wasn't. Well based upon the maintenance guy response, the hotel staff failed to book us another room and the hotel was later booked solid. We spent the whole evening and the next morning miserable because their staff didn't follow-through on what we asked them to do. ”

“For Mall of America shoppers, it was great. They provide shuttle once an hour to and from the MOA. Once we learned their scheduled, they even gave us a written schedule, it worked really well for us. Breakfast was good.”
