• Broken-down workout room advertised as new

“Fine place if you just want a cheap bed to sleep on or are traveling with kids. I stayed here on a business trip and was not impressed. Their workout room as advertised as new, but every single piece of equipment was broken (weight machine, treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike)! My hotel room and bathroom were not exactly sparkling clean--lots of mildew in the bathroom. The sink didn't drain well and the showerhead produced so much water pressure that I thought it was going to leave marks on my skin!”

• Entrances, broken hot tub, poor maintence atmosphere.

“Poor staff, hot tub did not work, room smelled musty/Smokey in non-smoking room, not enough plug-ins for cell phones/laptop, young/inexperienced desk staff, were not eager to assist with any requests, entire motel looked old in carpet, decor. Will not ever stay again.”

• Hotel met my needs for a crib and non-smoking room. They also had an excellent breakfast open until 10 am!
• The bed was not very comfortable and we were told we would have queen beds, but they were actually doubles.

“The hotel was clean and had all of the amenities we expect from a hotel. We really liked the breakfast and appreciated that it was available until 10am which is later than most other hotels where we have stayed. The location of the hotel was right off the highway making it easy to find, and on a main road with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly too - which is always nice. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay there again.”

• Tricky location.

• The free breakfast was great. Food was hot and tasted good.

“This is a nice place to stay overnight when traveling. The atmosphere was good and everyone was friendly . The free breakfast was so much more than most hotels give you. I felt very safe here.”

• The staff made every effort to satisfy our requests, the rooms were very clean and the free breakfast was great.
• The hotel was fully booked, including a few soccer teams with younger children. It seemed that the hotel was understaffed for such guests.

• Stayed there several times and is starting to age a little.

“Great location, friendly staff and very clean. I have stayed here several times over the last few years and it has always been great. It is starting to age a little. Nothing terrible, it just doesn't have that brand new shine anymore.”

• Clean--friendly staff--comfortable beds and roominess of the room.
• Did not like the shower flow--too forceful with no alternative.

“I have used this motel several times --it is cozy, clean and comfortable with a real friendly and helpful staff. We needed help because of a dead battery in the morning, and the staff saw to it that we had help and we able to use the car to leave.”
