• Location.

• They offered wireless internet.
• The bad beds, bad rooms, clogged bathtub, etc.

“This hotel was a horrible experience from the minute we walked in the door. There was a dirty band aid on the dirty bathroom floor. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. The chairs and beds were damp. The air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool with it 90 degrees outside. The tub backed up and they wouldn't change our room because they couldn't get it cleaned before check in the next day (20 hours later). We had to wait for the maintenance man to come from his house because they do not have drain cleaner. The front desk couldn't tell us this, so we had to go back to the desk to find this out (poor communication with the guests). The coffee tasted burnt. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, the experience was truly awful and for about $20 more, we could have stayed in an excellent hotel, which we will do next time. The hotel and staff was really awful, will never recommend a Ramada to anyone.”

• It was average.
• Had to climb four flights of stairs.

“Hotel was average for type it was. The people front desk did their job but that was about it. They were going to tell me the room wasn't available and that there was new girl who made a mistake and should not have rented it and I was going to have to go somewhere else even though there was big car show in town and there was no vacancies then all sudden they had one.”

• It was clean, and had a pool.
• They had no elevator, but only one flight of stairs, since it was on a hill. The receptionist told us we had to pay for the fridge.

“The 2 young girls at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The older lady when we checked out was crabby. I didn't know we had to pay for the refrigerator; it was in the room when we got there, we did not request it. We had a great stay, and the kids loved swimming every day. I would recommend this hotel to others. I liked being off the strip, was quiet and peaceful.”

• Very clean and helpful staff.
• Ice machine on one floor was broken.

“The hotel was very clean and set up in a user friendly way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My remote control to the TV broke and the staff had a new one in my room in less than five minutes. Pool and outside area of the hotel was clean too.”

• My room was on the 4th floor and there were no elevators.

“Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Nice outdoor pool with rooms all around. The only negative was no elevators.”

• Basic hotel nothing special.
• Room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait for housekeeper to come in from home because they forgot to clean the room but allowed us to check into.

“The room was not ready until 6 PM that evening. We were late for our dinner plans because we were waiting for the housekeeper to clean our room. We also found numerous cockroaches in the bathroom of this hotel. Hotel would not do anything about it.”

• Hair on the bathroom floor. Cob webs behind the bathroom door. Didn't feel clean.

“The lobby was nice - but aren't they always. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great - not too far off the strip.”

• The Jacuzzi tub in room was awesome!
• Bathroom was kind of dingy and dated.

“Not a bad place to stay, but for the price, I could have gotten a much better room somewhere else.”

• Good staff, continental breakfast, location.
• Wall paper seams loose, entry door frame broken, no tornado warning info from front desk.

“It was early in May but it would have been nice to have the pool filled and operational. Clean, quiet room. Courteous cleaning personnel. Barking dog could be heard from another room.”

• Room very comfortable and friendly staff.
• There were no spoons for the cereal or yogurt.

“This was our second time to stay here. We really enjoyed the king Jacuzzi room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was that there were no spoons for the cereal and yogurt at the continental breakfast.”

• It was very cozy.
• They were on holiday hours so we had to wait out in the front of the hotel in the cold.

“I thought it was a great deal for the price everyone was so helpful my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay there. The remote did not have numbers on it so you could not use it except for the volume and to go numerically.”

• The staff is very friendly and renovations are scheduled for the future.
• The renovations haven't happened yet.

“The hotel is in a very nice location and the price was excellent (it was the off-season). The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the hotel is not ultra modern but nothing seems outdated either. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean.”

• They solved my problem promptly.
• Wrong room at first.

“When we first arrived we were placed in a smoking room (booked non smoking) and it was in an area accessible only by walking down and up a hill because construction had the back parking lot blocked off. This wouldn't work because my partner recently had a stroke and walking up and down hills isn't easy on her, especially after walking all over an outlet mall all day. When we complained to the manager they not only moved us to another room, but they also upgraded us to a Jacuzzi suite. They took care of our problem and were very courteous throughout the rest of or stay.”

• Loud. Really loud a/c units.
