• Close to mall of America & metro system.
• Charges for wireless internet & no continental breakfast.

“We have stayed at this Motel numerous times over the past several years. We have always been satisfied and they have maintained it very good considering the age of structure.”

• Staff friendly and helpful.
• On the top floor and had 2 leaks in room.

“On a whole liked the hotel. Told staff about leaks when found them in the morning They did offer to change rooms but we were checking out and saw no reason to do so. Ordered room service the night before and they forgot granddaughters food. It was finely brought but its was difficult when a 5 year old has to wait and we had out food.”

• Room was nice.
• No ATM machine.

“Well, upon arrival one of the restaurants was closed on Friday night. No ATM, didn't know this until all ready ordered food thank god for GPS. Went to order a small pizza for my son and ran out of them how can you run out on a sat night. Pool was cold.”

• Computer available for printing boarding passes.
• Bottom of bathtub was appalling

“When we checked in, I mentioned having made the reservation through Priceline. The unfriendly desk clerk said there had been a mistake and switched rooms, placing us in a room with a wall for a view and absolutely no light. The next day, I requested a change of room from a much friendlier clerk and was given a room facing the courtyard with natural light coming in the window”

• Very close to MOA which is what I wanted, beautiful rooms.
• The hotel restaurant was expensive and the staff was not friendly.

“Very nice rooms, well appointed, nice lobby and staff. Liked the pool area for the kids to play in. This hotel has what you need for a short business trip or a weekend away.”

• Location, hotel staff friendly and knowledgeable.
• Small rooms dates furniture no contential breakfast no game systems.

“I would recommend as couple getaway but if traveling with kids you may want some where that has contention breakfast and games the room was small so the 4 of us were cramped up in the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was very nice. All the other furniture I saw in lobby and room was dated and didn't have digital TV's.”

• Desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Pool was wonderful, they have adult swim time at night which was nice.

“I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and very comfortable. Pool area had both small and large towels available, very nice. Check in was a breeze. They were very nice and accommodating.”

• Great location and friendly staff.
• You are right next to the airport and you have to pay to use the internet.

“The Marriott Bloomington definitely has an early 90's look to it, but it is still very well maintained and quite comfortable. The staff was exceptional, and I liked the room service, expect to pay room service rates. The location was very convenient, but unfortunately you will hear jets taking off and landing, as the airport is right next door. The hotel is quite sprawled out too, they give you a map when you check in. The 9.95 a day for internet was also annoying. Despite these I would stay there again.”

• Good location to MOA, and
  I like a; easy to find.
• Extremely uncomfortable beds, have stayed in better hotels at lesser price.

“Very uncomfortable bed,
I stayed in the Hilton in Minneapolis( purchased through Priceline) last year at a lesser rate, and it was a far better hotel. bathroom was smaller and not as good.”

• Close to the places I needed to go.
• Internet was not free!

“The Marriott I stayed in was very close to the Mall of America. The staff was great! The man at the door personally went out of his way to get the shuttle back to the hotel and have him drive us to the light rail station. Rooms were nice, sort of small but serviceable. The pool was very nice with a hot tub! I would recommend this hotel for Mall of America visitors and to use the light rail. Its worth it.”

• Greeted at the door by friendly staff; everyone was wonderful!
  
• $9.99 for internet; companies won't allow that to be expensed so you can't work there.

“I should have written down the name of the staff at check in. I have never stayed at a hotel with such enthusiastic, helpful and friendly people. Think of the best commercial scenario you can, these people exceeded that!

• Very clean and spacious lobby. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

“This hotel is located across the street from MOA. I would recommend it to anyone, business travelers or family. It was spotless and the staff was
very friendly and helpful. The pool area was large and well ventilated.”
