“The hotel was very dirty and furniture was in need of being replaced. The bed and the bedding was worn out. Everything was out dated, the carpet was stained. I will not stay here again, unless it's redone. I felt like I couldn't touch anything.”

• Very quiet.
• Bathroom door did not close properly.

“The hotel was nice however the tub did not drain and we could not shut the door to the bathroom.”

• Adjoining rooms were convenient.

“Not very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Hard to find parking because lot was very full with park and fly vehicles. There were other adults there drinking alcohol in the pool and hot tub area. Did not want our children exposed to this so left pool area.”

• The location was convenient.
• Everything about the room as well as the hotel was dirty and unkempt.

“This hotel was disgusting. It was dirty all around. One of the sheets had blood on it; another had a big yellow-brown stain. And that was the best part. The iron that they gave me (which they said was the best one they had) had crusted burns on it, along with a missing button and crayon writing all over it. The walls were stained and had runs and the floor carpeting was faded and dirty. I wouldn't stay here.”

• Close to the mall of America.
• No supplies in the room, soap, shampoo, t-paper.

“The was neat and clean, but the they forgot to restock the supplies before we got there. We had to call the front desk to get soap. It work fine for what we wanted that night. Some place close to the mall to crash after and long days shopping.”

• It's location is its only draw, right across the street from Mall of America.
• It needs a cafeteria or a restaurant. It also needs a better selection of available TV channels.

“This hotel has rested on the laurels of its location for far too long. The staff had a "we don't need you" attitude. One of the double bed mattresses in our room had a visibly sunken spot in it. And because it doesn't have a restaurant, it should at least have a small dorm-sized fridge and microwave in the room. It also needs more TV channels directed at children, i.e. the Disney Channel. The Cartoon Channel is the only one. For the price, it needs polishing on many levels.”
