• The staff was very helpful and very friendly.
• Small parking area when checking in.

• Awesome location near Metrodome and campus. Staff is very friendly and professional. Access to many public transportation options.
• The hot tub was way too hot and the pool was too cold.

“Very nice room, great location and the staff is very friendly and professional. Great views depending on the room. The hot tub was too hot and had no temperature control and the pool was too cold with a weird stainless steel bottom.”

• Great location, best hotel staff I have ever dealt with by far!
• There is not one thing I did not like 100% positive experience.

“My wife and I were on our last minute honeymoon. I found the hotel on Priceline it looked nice and was close to a concert we were going to. Upon our arrival we were treated like "KINGS" the entire time we were there. We ended up extending our stay by a day just because of the hotel and its staff. Thank you Priceline and thank you Holiday Inn Metrodome you helped us make life long memories! We will never stay anywhere else in Minneapolis.”

• Staff should all be fired. Housekeepers cleaned room 2/5 days.

“Location is great. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is horrible. This is a wonderful hotel if you don't care about having your room cleaned or need anything from the front desk.”
