• There wasn't enough food for the breakfast and it was crowded. The staff wasn't helpful in accomidating lack of food. There was no whirlpool.

• Location.
• No towels by the pool, breakfast was poor, and expensive.

“Average hotel, a bit pricey for what was offered. Staff is friendly, but there was little action to when a guest had a problem. There were no towels by the pool, and I asked the front desk right away to bring towels. They said they were going to get more towels, but there were none, even the next day! The breakfast was also bad, just prepackaged junk food. Not worth they money.”
