• Cheap price.
• Unsafe location, cops were there every other night, guests fighting outside, spa out of order, and no elevator.

“Please do not go to this motel unless you are desperate for a cheap rate. Our car was tampered with, there were guests outside fighting, waking us up. The cops were there on several occasions. The spa was out of order the whole week we were there. We left a day early because we felt our lives were in jeopardy.”

• The door and frame were damaged.

• The hotel was convenient and in my price range.
• The pool was very small, there was no continental breakfast, and the desk staff was not friendly.

• Staff was pleasant and bed comfortable.
• Soda, ice machine in separate building which made it unsafe to go to after dark.

• Location.
• Cleanliness of hotel.

“This hotel is located in a good location but you can find hotel within a few dollars that are much more for the value. The room was so unclean and run down that I couldn't even stay in the hotel. The carpet had stains, holes and rips. The chairs in the room were stained with dirt and had cigarette burns in them. The electric outlets were not on properly. I would not recommend staying here. There are many other hotels in the area that will provide much better quality.”

• Location to the Mall of America.
• The bathroom.

“The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was less than desirable. The toilet was right up against the wall and did not flush properly, the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot, not in between.”

• Cheep price and easy to find.
• Room needed to be aired. Smelled.

“For price, what I expected. The evening front desk personnel, was very pleasant man. Helped with and printed out map to restaurant. Taking the step up and over to help the traveler. Thank you.”

• Friendly staff; convenient location.
• A little run down.

“Comfortable, clean rooms. Honest cleaning staff. example: we left a tip after the first night, the money was still there at the end of the day. Convenient location to the Mall of America and restaurants.”

• A great location.
• Noisier late at night.

“The outside areas of the hotel are not all that nice, but the room was very large and clean. The beds weren't very comfortable, but they never are. The cleaning staff did a very good job on our room and most of the staff was very friendly.”

• The room had a fridge.
• It needed to be updated, this is not the 70's.

• The duct tape shower door and ants.

“This hotel seems like one rented by the hour. Did not feel safe. Mouse trap under the bed. Duct tape shower door. Ants all over the bathroom. Holes in the walls. Mattress kept falling of the bed hile sleeping. Cigarette burns in bedspread.”

• They had a very good food selection from area restaurants.
• The clientele was somewhat sketchy.

“The location was good. The area restaurants were good and the room was comfortable if not very attractive.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Dirty, old, poor breakfast, hot hallways.

“The hotel lobby was locked difficult time getting in. Very dirty, non air-conditioned and hot smelly hallways. Crummy breakfast. Strong chlorinated pool. Would not stay here again. This was the worst experience.”

• The hotel was in a good location and inexpensive.
• No check in or out times were posted, water in the shower did not maintain a constant temperature.

“This hotel was in a good location; however, the staff was not friendly or helpful. When we asked what time we had to check out the woman at the desk said "in the morning." Check in/out signs were not posted. Also, in the shower without touching the handle the temperature would alternate between freezing cold and scalding hot. I feel that this is a safety hazard. The rooms weren't fancy but they were clean, and what I expected for the price. However, for breakfast they did not have cups or napkins out which were both required for the limited items they were serving.”

• It was easy to find.
• It was dirty and the staff was not friendly.

“The hotel was easy to find, but it was dirty. The internet was not working and the hot tub was cold. It was also located next to the highway and it was noisy all night. The parking was limited. And when my 11-yr old son went to get a snack out of the vending machine! I was shocked. If you need a cheap place to stay for one night because nothing else is available this hotel would do fine.”
