• Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Location is a little out of the way, but Springfield is small so it isn't that much of a problem.

“I stayed here before when it was a Sheraton hotel and the difference now is like night and day. The new owners did an amazing job with the renovations, and as always the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I won't stay anywhere else in Springfield.”

• Houlihans Restaurant + bar adjacent to hotel, location, many restaurants and stores nearby.
• The Hotel's restaurant Gracie's is no longer open for lunch or dinner since the opening of Houlihans.

• Service and attention to needs.
• The first room we stayed in was too hot.

“Our first room had A/C problem and was too hot. We requested another room which after they attempted to fix the a/c in that room. We were moved to another, much better”

• Nice location. Fair price. Good amenities.
• Air conditioning in room didn't work real well.

“A hotel in transition. Decent stay despite the A/C problem in our room. My wife and daughter liked the pool area. Close to decent eats and other attractions.”

• Very clean, TV in the bathroom thats awesome.
• No continental breakfast even though its listed that there is.

“Overall great only thing I did not like was $7 per person for breakfast when it said there was continental breakfast.”
