“There was an incident at the front counter apparently between two employees (out of uniform but behind the counter). One of them was using foul language and throwing things. I think he was drunk. The police came in and settled the matter.”

• Unfortunately, nothing.
• Have never been treated this way at a place I spent my money!

“*Warning* Regretfully, my wife and I stayed here, only to be insulted and disrespected when asking for two extra towels. They wanted to charge us to use two towels! After arguing with Ken (the manager) over his lack of customer service, he agreed to let us have the two towels, but not without consequences. To get back to us for complaining, he charged our credit card $20 extra after we left. A month later, we are still dealing with this. Beware! Customer service, honesty, and respect are no where to be found at this location.”
