• Location and Security.

“Excellent place to stay if you visit the Twin Cities. Great staff and all access to the skyway that covers pretty much the whole downtown.”

• The room was spacious.
• Near the elevator. Very noisy.

“Lobby was very small and uncomfortable. Our room was near the elevator that was very noisy. Parking was expensive. No pool. Rather in a dangerous neighborhood. Will never stay there again.”

• On the weekends the hotel doesn't have a lot of places to eat very close by.

• 8th floor rooftop garden area.
• Parking was $20! I was only there for 12 hours!

“Very nice garden on the 8th floor. Comfortable & clean room! Unfortunately, all roads surrounding the hotel & the parking ramp were under construction during my stay. Loud jackhammers until 8 or 9 pm, and resuming early am. I also had a flat tire the following day, with a large screw in my tire. Parking ramp construction. Note that all skyway shops & area business within this complex close at 6pm or earlier.”

• Front desk was AWESOME! Very helpful!
• Elevators were extremely slow. No valet parking.

“The hotel was very nice. The front desk personnel were great. The location is nice if you are doing things downtown or heading West during morning rush hour. However, with the construction downtown, it is a bit confusing getting to the hotel (nothing they can do about it).”

• It was a great price for the location, accommodations, and over-all atmosphere.
• The hotel was difficult to get to with local construction, and parking was an issue.

“We had a great experience. The only thing that could have improved our experience, was better parking accommodations. We will definetly use priceline and this hotel in the future!”

• Liked the decor, it was fresh and crisp. Liked the 2nd sink outside the bathroom.
• We felt the coffeepot should have been visible rather than tucked away. Luggage rack would be nice.

“The hotel, Crowner Star Plaza Northstar, was clean, stylishly decorated and accommodating. It had a gym, cozy bar/lounge and was conveniently connected to the Mpls. skyway system. I was very pleased, clean, upscale hotel room.”

• The room was very comfortable, loved the falt screen TV!
• Somewhat expensive restaurant and dine-in food. was kinda hard to find.

“We arrived 3 hours early (Vikings game), and we checked in, and they got us in our room in 45 mins! And it was clean! They were very nice at the front deck, and the dine-in food was awesome and fast!
I would for sure stay again!”
