• Location was a little out of the way, but not bad.

• Friendly staff that greeted us every time we entered/left the hotel and newly remodeled facilities.
• Girls' hockey team staying across the hall!

“Microwave and refrigerator in the room with updated bathroom, carpet, linens, etc. Pristine with friendly staff and breakfast included. We will use this hotel again!”

• The beds and the hot tub.
• Lobby was not too attractive, no public sitting area.

• Staff was very friendly, helpful-very impressive hotel.
• Hard to find approaching from the North, easy from the South.

“I was very impressed with the hotel, starting with the friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. She went the extra mile in helping us with directions. Hotel was very clean and well - run. I would definitely recommend it.”

• Wonderful continental breakfast, free wireless internet.
• Location would be a little tricky for someone not familiar with the area.

“My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Saturday night guests included families with lots of pre-teen children running around and we could not here them in the room. The breakfast included everything from toast to sausage egg and cheese biscuits that you could make in his microwave. All in all a wonderful hotel.”

• I had no problems with it all.

“It was better then I had expected. The room was wonderful and clean. The breakfast was deloused and the pool was a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful! They found directions for us when we were ready to leave. I would defiantly stay again.”

• Relatively inexpensive.
• Hotel under renovation - strong smell of paint in hall and room.

“This older motel is apparently being converted from some other brand to a Fairfield Inn. When they are done, it will be a decent to strong 2 star. At present, the wing that I stayed in was under construction and paint with a strong paint odor. My room had paint fumes and I left the window open for my entire stay. It should be a one star until the renovation is done.”

• While the location is convenient - the roads (47,610,10) are a little confusing in this area.

• Linens were of good quality. staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean.
• Children running and jumping, up and down the hallways and in the rooms above us.

• Convenient and cheap like the variety of the breakfast.
• The pool was way to cold for my kids to swim, they need to add waffle's to the breakfast menu.

• The bed was very comfortable, and the microwave/mini-fridge were an unexpected bonus.

“The Fairfield in Coon Rapids is a comfortable, clean and well-run hotel with pleasant staff and nice accommodations. They have a microwave and mini-fridge even in their basic rooms, and an in-room movie rental service as well. I was impressed.”

• The sound insulation of the room was great. Very quiet and peaceful.
• I had allergy problems due to the cleaning supplies the hotel used.

“This hotel was very pleasant in appearance, layout and atmosphere. It would be a great place to stay for business or pleasure and I will definitely stay here again in the future.”
