• The staff, concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and great location!
• No fan in the bathroom, AC was just a little bit loud, no complimentary internet/breakfast, in-room movie almost $13!

“I can't say enough compliments to the staff. They were all very accommodating and friendly. The concierge really went above and beyond to help. My friend get his id/credit cards before his flight - he was at the airport and didn't have time to come back to the hotel. The lobby is really beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Especially the beds, with the down comforters and pillows. We fell asleep the moments our heads hit the beds! This was a great hotel, especially for the price.”

• The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
• The beds in our room was small.

• Room service too pricey and incorrect charges on the bill that took 45 minutes to fix.

• Comfortable beds, good bath products, friendly staff and good downtown location.
• The charges for WiFi service in the room. The charges for parking.

“It's a very nice hotel and overall we had a great stay. There are just a few things that I wish were included in the price (WiFi and parking).”

• I was robbed and they don't care.

“I had many valuable objects stolen from me. I am very disgusted with the hotel and it's service. I would not park at that hotel again. Nor would I stay at it.”

• The staff were friendly, it was beautiful, family friendly, and just what I expect from a Hilton.
• The hot tub was a little too deep. (I'm 5' 7" and had to sit on my feet.).

“Our family enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. We used the hotel valet at $22 a day. We ate at the hotel and were treated very well even our children were well attended to. (This is not always the case, some wait staff at other businesses have overlooked our children's needs). Despite a too deep hot tub and having to pay for wireless access, we will go back the next time we are in town.”

• Free upgrade to suite, good downtown location.
• Had to pay $12 to park.

“Surprisingly nice for a Hilton; at least 4 stars, if not 4.5 (or so I think, because I was upgraded to a suite!).”

• Couldn't sit in hot tub because water was too high.

• This hotel is close to Downtown, and the lobby is very nice.
• The staff was rude. I was actually helping other guests at hotel. Elevators were VERY slow.

“. I would've taken the stairs but I was on the 8th floor with luggage. The staff is not helpful; I was helping other guests because the staff was ignoring them. Used to live in Minneapolis, so I was helping the other guests figure out how to get around town. This hotel needs a new staff really bad.”

• The hotel was by the dome, workout facility was awesome, clean, very attractive marble floors, etc.
• I can't.

“Parking was awesome, bell guy was friendly, hotel room clean with comfortable beds. The marble floors and walls lined with articulate design was a thumbs up and my favorite being Starbucks was there with a smile.”

• Beautiful hotel, extremely nice staff, excellent location, smoking rooms available, Starbucks in lobby.
