• They took care of everything, from parking my car to taking luggage to my room, loved it!

“The rooms were very clean, easy to go to where ever we wanted via the Sky Mall. Since we were going to the Orpheum Theater, it was within walking distance. It was easy to use the city train if you didn't want to take your car. I would recommend staying here to others.”

• Location
• Shuttle service promies by Sheridan that they did not have

“The Sheridian Hotel 484 and 100 in Minnesota'They advertised shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. I waited a long time to find out the shuttle service was cancelle May 1. I called the hotel the same day I left May 12 and they said the shuttle service picked up every 30 minutes. That was a LIE. Going and coming!!!!!!”

• The rooms, lobby and hotel bar were beautiful.

• Getting from parking ramp to room was inconvenient.

  valet parking.
• Noise from hallway and rooms next door.

“Very nice and clean. Standard rooms not much more special than a Holiday Inn. Staff were polite and valet parking was wonderful.”

• Room was excellent.
• Parking a hassle..going down elevator, up elevator to lobby sort of a hassle.

“Very nice hotel. Room was very nice. Carpets like new, room smelled great, bathroom with marble very impressive. Only hassle was dropping off bags, limited or no parking in front, driving up parking ramp, down elevator, walk through Center to front of building to go up another elevator to lobby. Major bus stop next to hotel. Very nice stay.”

• Nice rooms, comfortable bed.
• No pool or hot tub.

“The room we stayed in was very nice and the hotel had a good location for doing things in Minneapolis. My only complaint was that there were dead flowers in our coffee pot in our room which made me question the extent of the cleaning. Other than that it was a nice stay and I would definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel had excellent staff service. They attended to our request for a room change immediately and pleasantly. Staff were helpful in giving directions around the hotel (very large hotel) and explained ammenities available. I
will be staying there again!”

• Outrageous rates for parking. Minneapolis is not New York City. Give me a break.
  

“Nice hotel if you like being in the middle of downtown hustle and bustle. Forget trying to find a parking spot. New York City prices for the overnight parking.”

• The friendliness and promptness of the staff.
• There was no elevator at the side that my room was at, so I have to take all the language up the stairs, one level though.

• Price was great for the quality of the room.
• Breakfast was overpriced. Should have walked to the adjacent mall areas for food.

“Location at night is active and police are standing outside (six of them) the building. I'm sure that's good to have them there but the fact that they are needed in such a presence. I would stay again but there isn't a lot to do downtown unless you are going to an planned event. It was close to everything. About 7 blocks away from the Metrodome and 3 from Target Center.”

• Room had a great view and was very nice.
• Having to walk through the mall from the garage to the hotel by yourself with luggage was a little uncomfortable.

“If you get dropped off at the front entrance it would be fine but if you park in the garage an you go thorough one elevator down to the 1st floor then you have to walk through the hallways an through a vacant mall an then find the other set of elevators it is a long way to carry your bags with no help an in the evening is a little scary when you are by yourself. But the hotel is beautiful the staff is friendly an helpful. Room was clean and beautiful and had a beautiful view of the city.”
