“The hotel really needs a make over, as well a better way of inspecting the rooms after they have been cleaned. The management also tells its customers lies about the rooms quality.”

“We have never stayed at an extended stay before. We were disappointed in our experience. As far as we're concerned we will not be staying at another one.”

“After my stay at this hotel, I had a number of bug bites on my lower legs which itched me like crazy. I never had anything like that before. I got them right after I stayed at this hotel, and I can't think of where else I could have gotten bit like this. They must have been in my bed!”

“Other than the air conditioner not functioning, properly the stay was fine.”

“This hotel should not be considered. My wife was visiting my daughter, who attends school in Springfield. This hotel, while priced right, was dirty and smelled. My wife even found a flea in her room. We will not consider it again. It isn't worth the risk.”

“The appearance from the outside of this hotel is nice. Parking by the lobby for check in was non existent. We arrived about 10:30pm and after inspecting the room decided to upgrade to a room with a King Bed. When we entered the room it was hot so we adjusted the air conditioner and attempted to open a window to let some cooler air in until the room started to cool down. One window opened the other did not. We overlooked this in hopes the air conditioner would cool the room soon. Since it was late and we had not eaten we ordered a pizza which was delivered. We did this because although this is an extended stay hotel there is no oven in the room and just a cook top. When we looked for dishes we found two, two forks, 2 butter knifes, and only 1 sharper type knife. There was no other silverware not even plastic. There were no paper towels in the room or any type of napkins or even dish soap to wash the dishes after using them. We planned to cook breakfast for ourselves in the morning, but we also noticed there were no frying pans or pots so having a kitchen was a waste of time. We decided to go out to the local Wal-mart to get some fruit, paper towels, and a small bottle of dish soap so we could clean up after eating. When we arrived back in the room we noticed the air conditioner was not working at all. Since the office closes at 11:00pm we did not think we would be able to get another room at that time so we just kept the window open and decided to talk to the hotel in the morning. Then we turned on the TV and discovered that the TV and learned that the remote would not change the channels on the TV. The volume and off and on buttons worked but the remote TV selector would not. In the morning I told the staff at the front desk about these things and she said she would mention it to her supervisor. She did not offer me any compensation of any kind, nor did I hear from her supervisor before I checked out.”

“I felt this motel was run-down. Was not the room that I had confirmed with the desk over the phone. I had to pay additional money so that my sons had a place to sleep. Fold out sofa that had half the springs missing. When we got into the room the toliet was plugged and when we notified the desk, they gave us a plunger without any assistance. They also did not have daily house cleaning and you had to get your own towels and excahange at the main desk. There was no hair dryer or pool. Finally we got up and found bugs in the bed.”

“This is not a typical motel. It has no pool, no continental breakfast, no computer in the lobby and if you want WiFi you have to pay for it. It is a place for workers who are on a temporary assignment and need a room with a kitchen.”

“Really hard beds, they charge you to get clean towels, and they don't give you shampoo so bring your own.”

“When confronted with the awful quality of our room, the staff offered another room, that room was also dirty with stains on the pillow and the sheets looked like they had been slept in and not changed. The hotel manager got very defensive and said that we could either take the rooms that were offered, or take our business elsewhere. So we were forced to find another hotel at 1 am. The hotel manager, then denied the claims and lied about offering anything else to my family and I. I was surprised at how rude she got when we asked for a refund. I absolutely would not reccomend this hotel.”

“Not the greatest experience. I wish the room had been a little cleaner. Found several items of the previous guest around the room. Wireless internet wasn't very strong on the third floor.”

“I was disappointed. The bed in the room was not in the least bit comfortable. The non smoking floor reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel was also out of toiletries for the room and did not try to go above and beyond to make up for their shortcoming.”

“The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was sparkling. The TV was small, but I am used to a big screen, so it was hard to get used to and watch a show on”

“The day shift desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful. For what we paid the value of this hotel was okay. It is an extended stay, so there are not any luxuries. Sickening burning odor from the heater. Bathtub stopper was broken and we were dying to take a bath. It wasn't the kind you could just stuff with a washcloth to make it hold water. Beds are hard, but bearable.”

“Pros: This is the best Extended Stay in the country. I normally do not support this chain, but this hotel is an exception. Clean, friendly and in a great neighborhood. Cons: To be honest there were none.”
