• Very upscale hotel for the price - staff is outstanding.
• Nothing!

“This is a new and spotless hotel! Tile and carpet need nothing! Fireplace in lobby is beautiful and breakfast was a full hot breakfast! Outstanding.”

• the continental breakfast was great
• we were driving a truck and trailer, the parking lot was very difficult as the drives were narrow with curbing on corners

• It was even better than I expected. Everything was great:
• The breakfast buffet was a little lacking.

• Very friendly staff, that was very cooperative and accommodating.

“I was pleasantly greeted appon arrival and had all my needs and requests met without fuss. The service was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities that I needed. I would stay here any time that I was in the Springfield area.”

• My family was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room!.
• The hotel was a little hard to find.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If we ever stay in Springfield again, we are staying there. They had a very good continental breakfast. It actually had real food. Biscuits and gravy and waffles. Excellent.”

• Clean, friendly helpful staff, continental breakfast, plenty of towels & water pressure.
• Minor problem. The bed needed to have a fitted sheet rather than 2 flat sheets.

“We stayed in the hotel for a birthday weekend and it was great. The room smelled clean. The service was friendly and the staff was efficient. Their continental breakfast was more than enough. Due to the location, we didn't have to fight traffic, but were minutes from restaurants and attractions. The only negative thing we experienced was that the sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress due to the lack of a fitted sheet it had 2 flat sheets. We would definitely stay at Comfort Suites again.”

• It was very easy to find, and close to several restaurants.
• I didn't really dislike anything.

“The hotel was convenient to the places we wanted to go. Roomservice was prompt to answer any questions or provide our needs such as extra towels, etc. I would stay there again.”

• It was clean and had a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, and king size bed.
• It was a little harder to get to than I thought, but I would stay there again.

“This was a nice, clean place to stay. It had nice amenities like a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, king size bed and breakfast in the lobby.”

• Lighting too dim but could replace bulbs with my own - unsafe extension cord with one plug in for microwave - refrigerator - coffeemaker

• Great extra large room for the price. New and Clean!

“We really liked this hotel. The room was large and had many extras. The continental breakfast was much more than expected. My kids liked the make your own waffles. They also had biscuits and gravy.”

• I really liked this hotel and felt like I got a good deal.

“The only problem I saw was the wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom, but it was well worth everything. I was sooooo happy with this deal.”

• Did not like the location at all.

“Good staff, fairly clean though parts of the carpet in our room obviously had dust near furniture where vacuuming hadn't reached. We didn't find the location convenient or desirable at all.... it was in a mostly medical area.... cancer hospital across the street... heart hospital behind that.... general hospital nearby.”

• Was able to make connecting rooms for our kids, rooms were ready as expected
• Could not get anyone at the front desk when we left, just left the keys

“Room and location was great. The staff was very inattentive concerning the continental breakfast. Did not keep the coffee brewed, guests were having to look for filters and brew their own. Waffle maker was sticking and desk clerk said there was no spray. A guest looked in a cabinet and found spray. Great room though, but breakfast staff needs to get a little bit more with it.”
