• The location and view were very nice.
• There was a $15 parking charge that was not explained to us in advance.

“The location was great with many nice restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were also very nice; many with a great view. The only issue we had was a $15 parking fee that showed up on our bill with no prior notice or explanation that there would be a parking fee.”

• Nice, clean spacious room.
• Security was not up to par.

“There was a wedding party that was not handled well by management. Noise went on from 1:00 to 4:00 AM with two phone calls to try and get it handled.”

• The suites are comfortable and spacious.
• Can't think of anything.

“Just off Nicollet Mall in Downtown Minneapolis, the Doubletree is convenient to a number of great pubs and restaurants yet is enough out of the way to be quiet. Perfect for romantic getaways or business travelers who need to get work done while they relax. The staff is friendly and the hotel is attractive.”

• It was in a great location and was very clean and spacious.
• They charged for parking in their ramp.

“I was very happy with the Double tree suites. The room was large are very clean. The only issue was they charged us to park in the ramp that was obviously our only real option for parking.”

• Separate sitting room, awesome beds, and warm cookies.
• Parking was $15 a night.

“Very nice upscale hotel. Good Downtown location within walking distance to many attractions and night life. Wonderful beds.”

• It had a nice location and the hotel staff was very accommodating.
• There were stains in the rooms and the room was set up a little odd.

“It was pretty nice. The hotel staff was really helpful and pleasing. I came at a time that was kind of poor due to an event that was taking place that night, but over all my experience was quite nice.”

• Food at restaurant mediocre. No pool.

• Wireless Internet in Rooms is a extra charge. Pay to park in hotel lot.

“Nice hotel, little spendy. Friendly staff, the comfort of the beds could of been better. Was a hassle to go to the lobby when you wanted wireless internet, didn't like the extra fee you had to pay for internet in your room.”

• Proximity to Downtown attractions.
• Elevators were slow or out of order.

“This hotel had very comfortable rooms, but they were at times hard to access as the hotel only had 3 elevators and two seemed to be out of order or running very slowly. This was a great place to stay to be close to all the Downtown attractions in Minneapolis. Definitely in walking distance of many restaurants and theaters. I would stay here again!”

• The bedding was very comfortable.
• It was full of loud cheerleaders while we were there.

“I had a great time, the service was good, the bed was comfortable and nobody bothered us the whole time we were there.”

• They do not have a business center and charge for internet.

“The restaurant was understaffed and the staff were rude and told us we needed to pay because our room was set up for cash. I gave them a cc at check in!!”

• Everything. Location was hard to get to. Staff rude.

• It was a suite with great coffee.
• There was a dirty wash cloth in shower and room was older!

“Fine location and nice front desk guy. Parking was not free and our car topper almost hit the ceiling in the parking ramp! Beds were comfortable and OK for one night.”
