“ This hotel was nothing special. The rooms were clean, but nothing stands out as excellent. Hotel had tube TV (no upgrades to flat panel/plasmas) the windows in room were fogged constantly so couldn't see any of the view. The overall clientele of the hotel was very low class, lots of drunken, ill-mannered people in the lobby and common areas. While technically the amenities of the hotel may warrant 4-stars, the overall experience does not. ”

“Nice location, spacious feeling and well-kept. Good food in both restaurants we dined at. Very quiet and comfortable.”

“I didn't feel that this hotel met the 4 star rating. It was dated and old, and the room was small. For the most part the room was clean, but the hallways weren't the cleanest.”

“The hotel staff repaired the heat right away. We called security about the drunk/loud neighbors and they took care of them also right away. It did, however, kind of ruin the experience. The bathtub wasn't clean and there was stuff on the carpet behind the chair when we checked in.”

“The hotel is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar was excellent (service/food). I did not like the fact that there were no free parking available. I had to pay $17 a day to park in the attached parking garage. This fact was not mentioned in the hotel information.”

“Beautiful lobby entrance and friendly staff. However the 2 nights we were there, so was a huge high school debate tournament. I would definitely recommend finding out if this is going on when you will be staying there, and if so, go to another hotel far, far away. The elevators were crowded to the point of not being safe and certainly not comfortable every time we use them. The internet connection was slow to the point of being unusable. The room was nice enough, but for a 4 star hotel, it felt like we were being nickled and dimed every which way with $2.50 for tiny bottles of water, $3.50 for 4 ibuprofens, $ for parking and $13.00 for internet that didn't work. Overall we will choose a different hotel next time.”

“Room and lobby were very nice. But there was an extra charge for everything besides the actual room. It would seem that they could at least have WiFi available for guests without a charge. There is a very nice welcome book in room but has very little useful, specific information in it unless you want room service.”

“Hotel needs updating. No flat screen TVs. Interior spaces in hotel need renovation. Not a 4 star hotel anymore!”

“Tired, needs the once over to really be a Hyatt Regency, the staff at the front desk was very good, very pleasant and helpful, the staff in the sports bar / restaurant terrible, not as well located for the heart of the business district as competing hotels.”

“The main entrance is hard to get to if you are not familiar with the area. Also, the walls are very thin and so are the towels. My room was okay, but not a 4 star. I believe they put all their money into the lobby area. The staff was very rude and they seemed unwilling to help me. It's an okay place to stay if you just need a place to lay your head. It's a step up from sleeping in your car. Which reminds me the parking fee is crazy.”

“Great location, and a nice lobby. The parking garage was a long way from the elevator to get to rooms. The rooms were nice, but the bathroom sink area was only separated from the beds/main room by a half wall. This was annoying. If someone went to use the sink area, they turned on the light an the whole entire room was lit up. This was not good if some one was still in bed.”
