• Absolutely nothing at all. Selected it as close to airport as we arrived after midnite from cross country trip.
• Arrived at 1am in rental car unfamiliar with city with a tired 2year old and no room was available. Sent to downtown at 2am to other hotel.

“Very disappointed and upset. Despite prepay, phone call to confirm late arrival, no room was available. The nite clerk was apologetic and sent us to a downtown hotel at 2 am. I have a bad heart, with pacemaker and stress from flying cross county, in rental car with a very tired two year old to downtown city
I dont know and this happens. Will never stay with this company again. And do not expect to be charged for this reservation.”

• Smokey smell in hallway, but not in the room.

• Not enough warning on pay-TV prompts; accidental slip of a fat finger will cost you about 18 bucks!

• It was easy to find, great friendly service, and very attractive for a small budget and safe.
• Not having a fridge to keep our things we had for our travels cool but it was fine.

“This was a nice attractive hotel the beds were very comfortable. It was close to the mall and a few restaurants. I would stay again if I was ever to go back with my husband but probably not with the children because we would then need a pool and a fridge to keep bottles warm and a bathtub and it only offers a shower. It is a good place to stay if you making a quick trip and looking for something affordable that is not trashy or smelly! Its adult quick stay friendly!”

“Nice clean room to just spend the night. The only thing was that the cafeteria where you get breakfast is so small that you have to wait a long time in line to get a bagel.”

• Close to the destination I needed to be.
• Did not hold my room as I had asked days prior and would I was inconvened.

“Placed me and my family in a small room. It took to the following day to get a discount for my inconvenience. Will not stay there again. No extra towels given and flat pillows.”

• Room nice, property clean. Good breakfast 4 cont, staff very nice.
• No complaints, pool/hot tub would be perfect.

“Accommodations exceeded my expectations. Room was furnished nicely, well maintained, clean. Staff was friendly, very helpful, and eager to please. It was a very pleasant experience. Great location for VA, Airport, and Mall of America.”

• No elevator for taking heavy luggage to second floor.
