• Nice lounge area, and live bands.
• They need to clean behind the toilets.

“I hope to stay at the Holiday Inn again. I have stayed at most of the hotels in Burnsville, but never the Holiday Inn, and was pleasantly surprised on how nice it was inside compared to really what the outside looks. Staff was awesome!

• Very basic hotel but clean.
• Room was a little bit dirty and had some issues with the TV remote working.

“Good hotel for the basic traveler. We were visiting during the a large event, so it wasn't our first choice of hotels, but was very happy with the choice once we arrived.”

• Staff having restaurant lists.
• Pool was not very accessible to kids - just ladders, no stairs.

“This hotel was nice. The pool floor was very slippery. I saw several child fall. I wish the pool would have had stairs and not a ladder. Overall, it was worth the price. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly.”

“I would recommend this hotel to most travelers. The staff was accommodating in changing our room to non-smoking. Small mix-up. The pool and hot tub area was a nice spacious room.”

• Our room was extremely clean, and the restaurant was excellent.
• Laundry facilities did not sell detergent.

“This location was perfect for our plans. We traveled into downtown Minneapolis and we traveled to the west and east which were all within reasonable driving distance.”

• Good location.
• Room was nasty and in poor condition.

“Arrived late and heard they were overbooked, thankfully I got a room. Room was not clean. Wet wash cloth and soap in bathroom and take out food in trash. Beds were crumpled. It appeared someone had checked out and someone hurriedly pulled the covers up. I was not sure that the sheets had been changed. I checked in after midnight and knew there were no more rooms, so I stayed. This was a big shock.”

• The location was perfect, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
• I wish holiday inn provided a complimentary continental breakfast

“We stayed here on a Saturday night. The hotel was very busy, but we were quickly served and directed to our room. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We had a pleasant stay, and would gladly return.”

“When we got there the only room left was a smoking room looking out at the air conditioner roof. We tried to sign up for the shuttle to the airport but the shuttle was unavailable and we ended up taking a taxi that cost us $35.”

• Smoking in the bar right inside front door.

“I hate being greeted by cigarette smoke when I walk into a place, so that always sets the tone. Otherwise it was fine but, only fine.”

“The person checking me in gave me the wrong room, could not get my information from my Priority Club account and the internet was down. They said it was down all day and they did not hear from their internet provider. Could not care less about service.”

• The night staff was friendly and wonderful.
• Too far from Minneapolis.

“Day staff was not at all helpful. They wanted to stick me in a smoking king size room; when I was traveling with 2 friends. The air conditioning did not work, the shower head was stuck on extreme power. I felt like if I complained they'd give me the king smoking room. We asked for help finding bike trails, no one would help us or even suggest the bike shop that was 2 blocks away. Sorry, these were bad accommodations.”

• Noise, bar is right inside the entrance to the hotel.

“I called to confirm on the Monday before and told them that we would not be arriving till Thursday, upon arriving Thursday night they did not have our reservations, they still had rooms so we could stay but they charged us for them since the reservations, I think we got double charged.”
