“The hotel was great! It's just south of the cities, so if you would like to stay away from everything, this hotel is great. The breakfast was really good, and the rooms were very clean! They allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. The hotel manager was rude to us when we left but other than that the staff was really nice! I definitely plan on staying at this hotel again!”

• Very quick and easy check-in. Hotel is easy to find.
• Very noisy. Paper thin walls.

“The hotel was extremely noisy. We were on the 1st floor and by 11:30 pm I finally had to call the front desk to complain. People running up and down the halls. The breakfast room was full of people laughing and partying. When I called the front desk the phone rang 47 times before it was answered. The staff person did say that they would take care of it although it didn't quiet down for another hour. By 5:30 the next morning the people next door had the television on and were noisy enough to wake up our children.”

“We enjoyed are stay at Fairfield Inn. Fairly close to all our outings we went to. Staff very friendly. Rooms and beds were very spacious. It had all the amenities you needed. Would reallly recommend staying here.”

• Good location right off of I-35
• Overbooked our room so we had to stay at the Hampton inn

“Overall good hotel, just like i said they overbooked our room so we had to stay at the hampton in next door for 1 out of our 4 night stay.”

• The staff got along well together.
• The water was a little hard.

“The location was ideal, close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel room was clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was nice. The staff were courteous and helpful - with a smile! They also were cheerful with each other.”

“This hotel went above and beyond the call of duty with us. We were marooned there an extra two days because of a car accident. The staff at the hotel was very understanding and concerned. They even did our laundry for us!'”
