• Quiet location.
• Four story building---no elevator.

“We were located on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. I have bad knees so going up and down those stairs really dampened our 3 day stay. One of the chairs almost collapsed under my husband. And there was never any ice. ”

• Good location, the maid-service was good, and they found us another hotel when things went wrong.
• No water, fire alarm going off every 15-30 minutes.

“The room started out being ok enough until we woke up the next morning to the sound of a fire alarm which was apparently set off due to a leak in the water pipes that got on the alarm's sensors. Our water was off the rest of the day and the alarm would continue to go off at 15 to 30 minute intervals whenever the water would again trip the sensor over and over again. The only redeeming part of the trip was when we called Grande Crowne, they did find us another hotel to go to which was nicer that evening. I have never been more happy to get out of a hotel in my life. I would not recommend this hotel or the tour to anyone. The worst ever.”
