• Not much.
• When you said first floor I thought we would exit our vehicle and walk into our room. We had to go down stairs with no handrails and I am disabled.

“It was ok however. The first floor is down a stairwell with no handrails and I did not like that because I am disabled.”

• The breakfast offered.
• They did not have are room! And gave us a smaller one.

“Won't stay there again, not happy with the look, one pool empty and dirty, one freezing cold! Our room had water damage and we were not offered any compensation for our trouble just a smaller room. Not happy at all.”

• Hotel was next to attractions.
• Wall paper was hanging off wall in some places.

“Breakfast was good, close to all attractions. Hotel was a bit rundown.”

• Water pressure and very small bathroom.

“We booked two rooms a month in advance and did not get two that were next to each other and we saw that there were empty rooms on that floor.”

• The lobby was very attractive and airy.
• The room was tiny; the carpet was dirty from decades of abuse.

“Value for the dollar was very poor. This hotel appears nice from the exterior lobby area, but the room was totally opposite. It is in dire need of updating, painting, bedspreads, tile in bathroom. I was surprised by the difference. It is also farther away from all the Branson activities, like silver dollar city, contrary to hotel description. I'd never stay here again given all the other choices.”

• It was close to down town.
• The sheets were stained, and put on the bed very bad, wrinkles half off before we even got in bed.

• Friendly staff and hot breakfast buffet.
• Housekeepers arguing right outside our room.

“Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel except we had been out late one night with our 4 year old daughter and the housekeepers were arguing with each other right by our window and woke her up.”

• Very little able to bring our pet with us.
• Floors were dirty, bathroom tub old peeling surface.

• The first thing I noticed when I entered the hotel was the smell of clean!
• The guest service desk was a little pushy on the ticket sales.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and had a distinct freshness. The family 'courtyard' was very nice, spacious, and clean. Even though it was close to the strip it was still quiet and relaxing, which is the whole point of a mini vacation.”

• Convenient, free breakfast was superb.
• They didn¿t clean after our 1st day, had to ask for coffee after our 1st day, no ashtray in a smoking room.

“The layout is not good. Hard to locate room. When we returned to our room the evening of our 2nd day, they had only changed the bed. Did not empty ashtray, did not replace coffee. We'd asked for extra towels and 2 extra pillows which we did not get. On arrival I had to request an ashtray and we were in a smoking room. The layout of the room was awkward. We bought tickets for area attractions thru guest services, they did not price them right and we had to pay again at the attractions and get reimbursed when we returned to the hotel. We were also told we wouldn't have to stand in line at the attractions that we had bought tickets for and we did.”

• The breakfast had a very nice variety of food.
• The heater did not work, television reception was poor.

“Had it not been for the heater not working and poor television reception, it was a nice place to stay for the price.”

• Good location, economical.
• Cold rooms.

“This hotel was pretty much what I expected for what we paid except for one thing, the heater was not adequate for the rooms and we froze. I notified the staff immediately. Within 3 minutes maintenance mad showed up. He promised to change out the heater and also bring us extra blankets. We left to go to a show and when we got back, not one thing had been done. We ended up putting the bedding from the extra double bed on one bed. I realize the temperature was very cold that night 6 degrees that morning, but the heaters should have been adequate. When I told the lady at the desk the next morning, all she had to say was, "it was cold at my house too." not what I was expecting.”

• The breakfasts were great.
• The door did not open easily because it was 'not level'.

“It was o.k. for what we needed. Not too 'crazy' about the resort sales all around, but at least they actually did in the end what they said they would do. (We did it at the Ramafa because it was not close by & we could walk.”

• The free breakfast was great, huge selection on the buffet.
• The noise from the road, we went to Branson for the quiet.

“Due to the fact that Branson is in the mountains, we were put on the "second" floor. Way on the other end, of the building, it was the first floor. With the stroller for the kid, we had to walk the length of the building to get to the car from the room. The breakfast was great, it was the biggest breakfast I have ever had at any hotel or motel and was free. I did not expect that.”

• Great guest services to refer shows in the area. Great breakfast!
• Beds are a little hard.

“The hotel is on the main "strip" of Branson, so traffic was a problem. It is a little easier to get to than most hotels on the strip from the major shopping areas. The rooms are average and are OK for one or two days. The free breakfast is great! The guest service representative was very helpful to refer us to shows in the area!”

• They accommodated us for more days no problem
• Driveway into the motel could be more prominent

“Call the Ramada to book your rooms, we would have paid less for the room if we had. We would have gotten our room for at least $5.00 off per night. The rooms are pretty standard. Not bad for the price. The hot breakfast is worth your while, the best free breakfast at any motel I have seen so far.”

“This hotel was a big disappointment. Although I paid for two nights, I only stayed for one and relocated for my second night in Branson. The air conditioner fell apart, the toilet by dirty and the hotel was just a big disappointment in general.”
