• Night clerk cooperated in changing to a non-smelling room at 2 am.
• Room smelled from smoke, poor TV reception, worn out towels.

“Worst room we ever stayed in. It was a non-smoking room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke. After trying to tolerate it, I was sleepless due to the smell. My eyes were burning. At least we were able to get moved to a different room at 2:30 AM. Towels are threadbare. Door locks need 5-10 tries before they open. TV reception is poor. Few TV channels, and for some stations the picture flickered or the sound contained too much static to watch.”

• It's off the beaten path and still close to attractions.

“The bedspreads were dirty, the TV didn't work well at all, and we had to ask for extra towels even though they knew how many was in our party. We stayed at this hotel a year ago for 1 night and enjoyed our stay, but this time, not so much. We will definitely stay elsewhere on our next visit.”

• The location.
• The bathroom was extremely small and the it was not a good mattress.

“This particular motel had an extremely small bathroom and the mattress was uncomfortable. We traveled with our 2 children and the motel was in a very safe place and easy to locate and close to everything.”

• Good breakfast.
• No indoor pool.

“Clean and efficient. An indoor pool and Jacuzzi would have made the stay so much more enjoyable.”

• Close to hwy 76.
• Wi fi was out of order.

“Everything was fine except the wi fi. Called front desk and they said it was down but would be back up in 2 hours. Was not up next morning and said would have to come to front office to use that one. Found out it had been down for several days and was not back up when checked out. Could have told me when I checked in as I did ask about the wi fi. I was told it was in all the rooms. I would have known I needed to go to the front office to use it.”

• The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice.
• Safety was a huge issue, bugs in the room, rooms were not well insolated at all, and felt like cleaning crew was looking at my stuff (not proven, gut feeling).

“The hotel would have been nice if it hadn't had bugs in the room. Also, the safety was just not there at all. The door had a deadbolt and a chain lock but the door was very thin and weak. The insulation between the rooms beside and above was horrible. We could hear everything that happened all throughout the night. The television selections were okay. We only could watch maybe two channels at any given time. Of course, I mentioned before I felt the cleaning crew looked through our stuff or something. Not quite sure but just had a feeling things had been moved. Not taken. Was very uneasy about the whole trip. Will not stay at a days inn ever again.”

• Location was pretty good.

“Room was small. Carpet needed to be replaced. Dirty stains. Beds were old and uncomfortable. The whole place is pretty old and is in need of refurbishing. Not worth the price. Wireless internet was not in working order in the rooms. One had to go to the office to use it.”

• This hotel is extremely convenient to the strip and to celebration city.
• The carpet was pretty gross and the room smelled like mildew.

“This hotel was perfect for what I needed. We were in town for 1 night and wanted to go to Celebration City. Very convenient for this.”

• Everything but the service at the front desk.

“I would not recommend this hotel to any one. It looks good from afar but up close it needs some attention. The air did not work very well in the room either.”

• The rooms, pool, location to park close to room and the staff.
• The hot water seemed to run out after one person showered.

“The hotel was located in a good place for the attractions, also it was easy to find. I could have used more than one pack of coffee in the room, we had to ask for more at the desk and the hot water was not that easy to adjust. We did enjoy our stay. Thanks.”

• Not one thing.
• Everything, not clean, not friendly.

“This was the worst room my family every stayed in. Our room air did not work, no soap and when I call down to request soap I was told I would have to come and get it myself, sheet were bad, we hated this room and check out of our room on sat and went to another motel, it was great.”

• The continental breakfast was good.
• The location of our rooms and finding them after dark.

“This was the most spread-out hotel I have ever stayed in. It was poorly lighted at night. Finding our room out of six large buildings was not pleasant.”

• The location was great and from the outside it looked very nice.
• The room was not clean...there were splashes of what looked like hair color on the shower walls that easily wiped off.

“From the outside the hotel looked great; the staff was friendly and the location very convenient. However the rooms were a different story. Our room was not clean, the bathroom was very unclean. There was something that looked like hair coloring on the shower walls that could have been easily wiped off. Not sure if it was simply not cleaned or what?? The room also was very musty. Two of the four in our party ended up feeling very ill the day after our stay. The television in our room only picked up 2 channels clearly, neither of which we desired to view. We stayed in another hotel for the remainder of our visit to Branson and the quality of the room at the new hotel compared to days inn was like night and day! We won't be returning to day¿s inn ever.”

• The hotel was kept clean from main lobby to guest room. Parking was adequate, and the location was good.
• The continental breakfast was lacking in variety, and the staff were not dressed professionally.

“We didn't know what to expect out of this chain since we don't normally frequent it. We were neither disappointed or pleasantly surprised. The room was adequate, perhaps a little small, but clean. The staff was friendly, but not overly. The continental breakfast could use some upgrading, and don't forget to bring your own towels for the pool. We were only able to get one additional towel when requested. I couldn't say that I would recommend this property to others, but at the same time, I wouldn't not recommend it either. It was just an average room at a decent value.”

• The only thing I liked was the location.
• I could hear every move in room above and was kept awake until after midnight.

“There is no sound proofing between first and second floor and the satellite TV didn't work. Six channels didn't come in at all and the others were wavy or had no sound at all. Also the price I paid was higher than everyone that was checking in at the same time as we were.”

• Signs said re-modeled but mattress was bad.
