• Very dirty.

“Was very, very dirty. Needs an update. Room was freezing on check in since they turned the heat off. Not good when you have 2 young kids in winter time!”

• Stole and lied at location and corporate.

“When we checked into this hotel we couldn't bare the smell of our first room. It stunk as if someone had just dumped a bottle of cheap perfume and turpentine on the carpet. We asked for a second room. They did provide us with a second room. While not much better then the first one, it didn't smell as bad. The next day when we were going to leave the door handle froze and we were unable to lock the room and leave. I packed everything and went to the front desk. I turned my room keys in and ask for a receipt showing that I was leaving early. I was later informed by the site manager that she apologizes for the unconvinced and that she would make sure that we were refunded our funds. Weeks had gone by and red roof inn never refunded my money. I asked my credit card to dispute the charges. I later received a letter from my credit card showing that red roof inn stated that I had stayed all three nights without complaint. When I emailed them asking why they would lie. I was sent an email stating that they were sorry they were unable to satisfy me.”
